Guardianship as afd. and to deliver up unto the afd. Orphan his heirs Exrs. or Admrs. or Guardian or Guardians hereafter to be
Appointed or Chosen all the Estate Personall of the afd. Orphan that he Shall take into his Care and Possession peaceably
and Quietly when Ever the Same Should be Legally Required    Thereupon the Said John Collins with Littleton Dennis
and Elias White of Somerset County Gent. his Securitys All present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the Said Ann Mary Adams Orphan afd. in One hundred Pounds Curt Money of Maryland
of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Ann Mary Adams
her heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said John Collins Guardian as afd. his
heirs Exrs. or Admrs. do not Comply with the Law in Relation to Such Guardianship as afd. and do not deliver up unto
the afd. Ann Mary Adams Orphan afd. her heirs Exrs. or Admrs. Guardian or Guardians hereafter to be Appointed or
Chosen all the Estate Personall of the afd. Orphan that he Shall take into his hands and Possession Peaceably and
Quietly whenever the Same Should be Legally Required &c

John Salsbury    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting The Petition of Your Petitioner
Pet.    Most humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner has been Very Sickly this ten Years and Last Winter had Severall Ribs
Broke your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays your Worships would Set him tax free and Your Petitioner as in duty bound
Will Ever pray &c                      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper person and thereupon
the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that the afd. John Salsbury
be after this Year for the future tax free &c

James Daugherty    To the Wordshipfull the Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting The Humble Petition of
Petn.    James Dougherty Sheweth that your Petitioner is possessed of a tract of Land Called Usk the
Bounds of Which are decayed and become precarious and the Persons Capable of Proving the Same Aged and
Infirm Your Petitioner therefore prays that Your Worships Would Grant a Commission and Appoint
Commissioners to prove the Same or the Bounds of Any other tract or tracts of Land on which the Same
may depend & Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever Pray                James Dougherty
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition afd.
being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. James
Daugherty as by the Petition afd. is Praid and that Sampson Wheatly, William Coulbourn, Isaac Coulbourn
and Josephas Bell of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According
to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c

John Piper Came here into Court in his Proper Person and Prays that his Negro Man Dick may ^ be
Tax free untill Please God that he is Returned to his health and able to Labour    Thereupon it is
Considered by the Court here that the afd. Negro Dick after this Year be tax free untill it Shall please
God to Restore him to his health and able to Labour &c

Jacob Airs    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County The Petition of Jacob Airs Humbly Sheweth that he is
Petn    Siezed of Two tracts of Land the one Called Tickneal the other Called Clear of Common Shott the Bounds

   whereof are uncertain and Precarious and the Witnesses to Prove the Same Ancient and Infirm wherefore
he Prays your Worships to Grant him a Commission to Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences to Perpetuate the
Bounds thereof or the Bounds of Any other Lands on Which the Same may depend Agreeable to the Act of Assembly
in Such Case made and Provided and Your Petitioner Shall Pray
           Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the
afd. Jacob Airs as by the Petition afd. is Praid and that Ephraim King, George Gale, George Scott and Allexander
Roberson of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of
Assembly in Such Case Provided &c

Thomas Dashiell    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County in Court Judicially Sitting the Petition of
Petn    Thomas Dashiell Most Humbly Sheweth That your Petitioner is Possessed of a tract of
