the afd. George Hobbs and all his Estate Real and Personall and Give Good Security to Comply with the Law in Relation
to Such Guardianship as afd. and to deliver up unto the afd. Orphan his heirs Exrs. Or Admrs. all his Estate Reall and personal
that she Shall take into her hands and Possession peaceably and Quietly whenever the Same Should be Legally Required
Whereupon the the Said Charity Gray together with Robert Austen and Wm. Roberson of Somerset County Planters her
Securitys all Present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Said George
Hobbs in five hundred pound Curt Money of Maryland of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Jointly and
Severally to the use of the Said George Hobbs his heirs or Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said
Charity Gray Guardian as afd. her heirs Exrs. and Admrs. do not Comply with the Law in Relation to Such Guardianship
as afd. and do not deliver up unto the afd. George Hobbs his heirs Exrs. or Admrs. or Guardian or Guardians all the Estate
Real and Personall of the Said George Hobbs that he Shall take into his hands and Possession Peaceably and
Quietly whenever the Same Should be Legally Required &c

Benjamin Tully
   Bound to    Benjamin Tully an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
John Hobbs    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto John Hobbs of Somerset County untill he the Said
Benjamin Should Arrive at the Age of twenty one Years the Said Benjamin to Serve his Said Master the full term afd.
during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments
Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall
demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.       In Consideration of which Service the
Said John Hobbs present here in Court in his Proper Person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially
Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said John Hobbs Shall and will during the term afd.
Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Wheel Right and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of Division
inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Narrow Broad Cloath over and
above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and
Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
        Whereupon the Said John Hobbs is ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. thereupon the Said John
Hobbs together with John Weatherly and Mckimmey Porter of Somerset County Planters his Securitys all present here in Court
in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves indebted unto the afd. Benjamin Tully in thirty Pounds Curt Money of
Maryland on their Bodies goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Jointly and Severally to the use of the Said Benjamin
Tully his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said John Hobbs do not during the term afd. Learn
                                                                                                                                        Division

David Molatto
   Bound to    David a Molatto is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such
George Scott    Case Provided unto George Day Scott of Somerset County untill he the Said David Should Arrive at
the Age of Twenty One Years the Said David to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the
Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully
and honestly Everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall
Demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.    In Consideration of which Service
the Said George Scott present here in Court in his Proper Person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in
Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said George Scott Shall and will
during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer and to Read in the Psalter and Likewise
find and Provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an
Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
        Whereupon the Said George Scott is ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon
the Said George Scott together with George Handy of Somerset County Gent. his Security both Present here in Court
