Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd. In Consideration of which Service the Said Mckimmey Porter present here in Court in his Proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Mckimmey Porter Shall and will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of House Carpinter and to Read well in the Bible and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd. Whereupon the Said Mckimmey Porter is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Mckimmey Porter together with Perkin Venables and Noble Tull his Securitys all present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. William Dean in thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Dean his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Mckimmey Porter do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a house Carpinter and to Read well in the Bible and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd. &c

Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Shop Joyner and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude give of Narrow Broad Cloath him a New Suit of Cloaths ^ Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. Whereupon the Said William Turpin is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Convenants afd. Thereupon the Said William Turpon with Jessey King and James Ackworth his Securitys all present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Olliver Coston in the Sum of thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Olliver Coston his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said William Turpin do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Shop Joyner and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Narrow Broad Cloath Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
