Wm. Dean    William Dean an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
   Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto Mckimmey Porter of Somerset County Carpinter untill he
Mckimmey Porter    the Said William Dean Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said William Dean to Serve his Said
Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his
Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and
faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.
           In Consideration of which Service the Said Mckimmey Porter present here in Court in his Proper
person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to
Say that he the Said Mckimmey Porter Shall and will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of House Carpinter
and to Read well in the Bible and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and
Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd.
           Whereupon the Said Mckimmey Porter is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd.
Thereupon the Said Mckimmey Porter together with Perkin Venables and Noble Tull his Securitys all present here in Court in
their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. William Dean in thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland
on their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Dean his heirs
and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Mckimmey Porter do not during the term afd. Learn his Said
Apprentice the trade of a house Carpinter and to Read well in the Bible and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice
meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd. &c

Olliver Coston    Olliver Coston an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
   Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto William Turpin of Somerset County Joyner untill
Wm. Turpin    he the Said Olliver Coston Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said Olliver to Serve his
Said Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall
Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things
as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.
           In Consideration of which Service the Said William Turpin Present here in Court in his proper person

Joyner and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude give
           of Narrow Broad Cloath
him a New Suit of Cloaths ^ Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and Provide for his Said
Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the
term afd.       Whereupon the Said William Turpin is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Convenants afd.
   Thereupon the Said William Turpon with Jessey King and James Ackworth his Securitys all present here in
Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Olliver Coston in the Sum of thirty
Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the
use of the Said Olliver Coston his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said William
Turpin do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Shop Joyner and to Read Write and
Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a New Suit of
Cloaths of Narrow Broad Cloath Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for
his Said Apprentice Meat drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear
during the term afd.

George Hobbs
   Chose    George Hobbs an Orphan Above the Age of fourteen Years Came here into Court in his Proper Person and
Charity Gray    prays that he may be permitted to Chose a Certain Charity Gray of Somerset County as his Guardian which is by
   Guardian    the Court here unto him Granted &c. Thereupon the Said George Hobbs made Choise of the afd. Charity Gray as his
Guardian Accordingly    Whereupon the Said Charity Gray is Ordered by the Court here to take into her Care and possession
