Law for the Choseing of her Guardian &^c. Whereupon the Said Gowon Right Guardian af^d. is Ordered to take into
his Care and Possession the af^d. Orphan and all her Estate Personall and Give Good Security to Comply with the
Law in Relation to Such Guardianship as af^d. and to deliver up unto the af^d. Orphan her heirs Ex^rs. or Adm^rs. or Guardian
or Guardians hereafter to be Appointed or Chosen all the Estate of the af^d. Orphan that he Shall take into his
hands and Possession Peaceably and Quietly whenever the Same Should be Legally Required
      Thereupon the Said Gowon Right with Thomas Sloss and Thomas Aikman of Somerset County Planters his
Securitys all present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the af^d. Sarah
Right Orphan af^d. in three hundred Pounds Cur^t Money of Maryland of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands or
tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Sarah Right her heirs Ex^rs. Adm^rs. or Assigns to be made and
Levied if it happen that the Said Gowon Right Guardian as af^d. his heirs Ex^rs. or Adm^rs. do not Comply with the Law in
Relation to Such Guardianship as af^d. and do not deliver up unto the af^d. Sarah Right Orphan af^d. her heirs Ex^rs. or
Adm^rs. Guardian or Guardians hereafter to be Appointed or Chosen all the Estate Personall of the af^d. Orphan that
