day and Year first above Written                  Before      Ephm. King
      Att which day here Came the afd. James Mercy in his proper person Security of the afd. Michael Redding in his proper
person but the Same Michael Came not thereupon at the Request of the afd. James Mercy the Recognizance afd. is Respited
and Every thing thereto Relating is by the Court here Respited untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday
of Novr then next following in the State that now &c
           Att which day here Came the afd. James Mercy in his proper person Security for the afd. Michael Redding in his proper
per but the Same Michael Came not thereupon at the Request of the afd. James Mercy the Recognizance afd. is Respited and
Every thing thereto Relating is by the Court here Respited untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of
March then next following in the State that now &c.
           Att which day here Came the afd. Michael Redding altho Solemnly Called Came not but made default and the Said
James Mercy altho Solemnly Called to bring in the body of the afd. Michael Redding Came not but made default &c.

Ordered that William Donoho, Wm. Venables, Isaac Atkinson, and Joseph Husk Recover Against Benjamin Huggins
forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance Two days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said his
Lordship Against the Said Benjamin Huggins they haveing made Oath to the Same &c.

Ordered that George Austen Recover Against John Oskilly Twenty four pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance
One day as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the Said John Oskilly he haveing made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that William Haly Recover Against James Polk forty Eight pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his
Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship Against the Said James Polk he haveing made Oath to the
Same &c.

      Ordered that William Hoffington Recover Against William Gilbert Hoffington One hundred and Twenty pounds
of Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance five days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Gilbert Hoffington [against] Wm.
Geddes he haveing made Oath to the Same &c

      Ordered that Wm. Kersey, Isaac Mathews, Samuel Marshall, & Samuel Marshall Jur. Recover Against Samuel Kersey
Seventy Two Pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance three days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said
Samuel Kersey against Esaw Boston they & Each of them haveing made Oath to the Same &c.

      Ordered that Thomas Cain Recover Against Esaw Boston One hundred and forty four pounds of Tobacco being due unto him
for his Attendance Six days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Esaw Boston Against the afd. Samuel Kersey he haveing made
Oath to the Same &c.

      Ordered that George Baly and George Tull Recover Against William Smith Ninty Six pounds of tobacco Each being
due unto them for their Attendance four days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said William Smith Against William Baly
he haveing made Oath to the Same &c

                          Ordered that Michael Owens & William Brereton Recover Against William Smith
One hundred and Twenty Pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance five days as an Evidence on behalf of
the Said William Smith Against William Baly he haveing made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that William Wheatly and Bell Maddox Recover Against Sampson Wheatly Ninty Six Pounds of tobacco
Each being due unto them for their Attendance Four days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Sampson Wheatly Against
Stephen Cottingham they haveing Made Oath to the Same &c.

Ordered that Bell Maddox and James Hearn Recover Against Sampson Wheatly Ninty Six Pounds of tobacco Each
being due unto them for their Attendance Four days Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Sampson Wheatly Against
Samuel Horsey they haveing made Oath to the Same &c.

@    Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take John Watkins Late
WA    John Watkins    of Somerset County Blacksmith if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Should Safe keep so that
he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Princes Ann Town the third
Tuesday of August Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and sixty to Answer unto Thomas Holbrook of
a plea of trespass upon the Case &c. And the Same day is given to the afd. Thomas here &c.
      Att which day here Came the afd. Thomas Holbrook by Wm. Hayward his Attorney and the Sheriff to witt John
