Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of this Province his heirs and Successors in the full and Just Sum of five pounds Curt Money of Maryland Each to be Levied on Each of their bodies goods Chattles Lands and tenements in Case Default be made on the Condition below Mentioned The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Michael Redding do make his County personall Appearance at the next ^ Court to be held at Princes Ann Town on the third Tuesday of August Next to Answer unto all Such Matters and things as Shall be then and there Objected Against him Concerning a Breach of the peace Lately Committed by him on Sarah Husk and that he be in the meantime of Good behaviour & Especially towards the Said Sarah Husk then this Recognizance to be Void Otherwise to Remain in full force and Virtue taken and Acknowledged the day |
