We doe hereby Certifie that after Giving publick notice of our Intention to meet on the within mentioned Land by
Affixing Advertisements Agreeable to Law we Accordingly met on the afd. Land and the Complainant not meeting
with Such Wittnesses as he Expected Ordered the within Commission to be Returned Witness our hands and Seals this
15th day of September 1758

@    Somerset to wit The Jurors for his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord propry that now is for the Body of
John Oskilly    Somerset County upon their Oath present that John Oskilly Late of Stepney parish in the County afd. planter
on the Twenty fifth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty at the parish afd. in
the County afd. with force and Arms in and upon A Certain Richard Tully in the peace of God And the Said Lord Propry
then and there being an Assault did make and him the Said Richard then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat so
that of his Life it was much dispaired and Other harms to him the Said Richard then and there did to the great Damage
of the Said Richard And Against the peace of the Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is his good rule and Government
And So forth
                      On the Back of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed Vizt    Test. Richard Tully and George

March 18th. 1761 Then Recd. of Capn. Ephm. King for Charity Jones the Sum of thirty Shillings Curt Money being for an
fornication fine                                                                                                      By J Dennis Sher.

      We the Subscribers being Appointed by Somerset County Court to View and Receive a new Road petitioned for by
Elisha Tilghman do Certifie that we have Viewed the Said New Road and do think the Said New Road to be as good
as the old Road was and have Accordingly Received the Same in Lieu of the old Road
