March Court 1761 78 We doe hereby Certifie that after Giving publick notice of our Intention to meet on the within mentioned Land by Affixing Advertisements Agreeable to Law we Accordingly met on the afd. Land and the Complainant not meeting with Such Wittnesses as he Expected Ordered the within Commission to be Returned Witness our hands and Seals this 15th day of September 1758 Louther Dashiell {Seal} Thos. the County afd. with force and Arms in and upon A Certain Richard Tully in the peace of God And the Said Lord Propry then and there being an Assault did make and him the Said Richard then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat so that of his Life it was much dispaired and Other harms to him the Said Richard then and there did to the great Damage of the Said Richard And Against the peace of the Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is his good rule and Government And So forth On the Back of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed Vizt Test.
