Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd. being Read and
heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. James Ward as by the petition
afd. is praid and that John Williams, James Gunby, William Miles, and Isaac Coulbourn of Somerset County Gent. be
Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c.

Cornelius Ward    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting The humble petition of
   Petn    Cornelius Ward most humbly Sheweth that your petitioner is possessed with a parcell of Land being part
of a tract of Land Called Cork and the bounds of the afd. part I am now possessed with being precarious and the Evidences
to prove the Same Antient and Infirm your petitioner humbly prays your Worships would Grant me a Commission &
Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds thereof or the bounds of Any other Lands on
which the Same may depend Agreeable to an Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided and Your petitioner
as in duty Bound will forever pray &c.
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd. being
Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Cornelius Ward
as by the petition afd. is praid and that Sampson Wheatly, James Gunby, William Miles and Isaac Coulbourn of
Somerset County Gent. be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such
Case provided &c

Will a Negro Man of Nehemiah King of Somerset County being Antient and Infirm and not able to Labour is
Set tax free by the Court for the future Agreeable to the prayer of the afd. Nehemiah King &c.

Isaac Whittington    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting the humble Petition
   Petn    of Isaac Whittington most humbly Sheweth that there is a Road which Leads Down towards Little
Annamessex that Goes through Some part of your petitioners Land and is where it now Stands Very Injurious to your
petitioner your petitioner therefore most humbly prays your Worships would grant me Liberty to turn the Said
Road on my own Land near upon the Line between me and Kirk Gunby and it will be full as near as the old
Road now is and on higher and better Ground then the old Road now Stands on & Your petitioner as in duty bound
will forever pray &c.                                                                         Isaac Whittington
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd.
being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that Samuel Adams Planner Williams
and Josephas Bell Lay out the new Road as by the Petition afd. is praid and that the old Road Lay open untill
the new Road afd. to be Laid of by the afd. persons be Compleat and Received by them & that they make Report thereof
to the Court &c.

Jonathan Nichols being Very Infirm and not Able to Labour is Set tax free untill it Shall please God to Restore him to
his health and able to Labour &c.

George Dickerson    To the Wordshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Judicially Sitting The humble petition
   Petn    of George Dickerson most humbly Sheweth that your petitioner is Justly Intituled to part of a tract
of Land Called Morrises Hope the Bounds of which are precarious and the Evidences to prove the Same Antient and
infirm your petitioner therefore most humbly prays your Worships would Grant me a Commission and Appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the bounds of the afd. tract of Land or the bounds of Any other
tract of Land on which the bounds of the afd. tract of Land depends Agreeable to an Act of Assembly in Such Case
Lately made and provided and Your petitioner as in duty bound will for ever pray &c.
   Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd. being read
And heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. George Dickerson as
by the petition afd. is praid and that Sampson Wheatly, Edward Waters, John Broughton and Purnell Outen of Somerset
County Gent. be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case
provided &c.

Robert Layfield being Antient and not Able to Labour is Set tax free by the Court for the future &c
