Mary Lon A molatto being Antient and Infirm and not able to Labour is Set tax free by the Court for the future &c

James Knight    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the humble petition of James
   Petition    Knight Sheweth that Whereas the Road that now Leads by your petitioners plantation is greatly to
your petitioners disadvantage and therefore most humbly prayeth that your Wordships would Grant an Order for
the Turning of the Same which is but about Twenty Yards further then the old Road now Runs and Your petitioner as
in duty bound Shall Ever pray &c.
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd. being
Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that Samuel Adams, William Fleming and Spencer
Harris Lay out the Road as by the petition afd. is praid and that the Old Road Lay open untill the new Road is Compleat
And Viewed and Received by the Persons afd. & that they Make Report to the Court &c.

Stephen Horsey    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting the humble petition of
   Petn.    Stephen Horsey Junr. most humbly Sheweth that he is possessed or Intitled with part of a tract of Land Called
Cow Quarter the bounds whereof are precarious and the Evidences to prove the Same Antient and Infirm your
petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships would Grant me a Commission and Appoint Commissioners to
Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of the afd. tract of Land or the Bounds of Any other tract upon which the
Bounds of the afd. Land may depend and Your petitioner as in duty bound will forever pray &c.    Stephen Horsey
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd. being Read
and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Stephen Horsey as by the
Petition afd. is praid and that James Gunby, Wm. Miles, John Williams, and Aaron Sterling of Somerset County Gent. be
Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c.

Thomas Pollit &    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now Sitting the humble petition of your petitioner
Others Petn.    humbly Sheweth that he and Sundry other the Inhabitants Back from the head of Wecomoco Creek hath
no way Down to a Landing on the Said Creek and prays your Worships would be pleased to Appoint two men to Lay out a Road
for that purpose and your petitioner as Bound in duty Shall Ever pray                                 Thos. Pollit
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the Petition afd. being read
and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that Thomas Gillis and William Polk Lay out a Road
from the Road by George Pollits to the head of the Creek in the petition mentioned and that Thomas Pollit be Overseer of
the Road and have his Own, Widow Costons David Polks & Jonathan Pollits hands &c
