he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe
and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Masters and all
theirs during the term afd.    In Consideration of which Service the Said William Allen & Littleton Dennis present
here in Court in their proper persons Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in
Manner and form following that is to Say that they the Said William Allen & Littleton Dennis Shall And will
during the term afd. Learn their Said Apprentice to be a Marriner and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three
Inclusive and Navigation So far as through Plain sailing and Marcato Sailing and at the Expiration of his Servitude
give him a Quadrant Scale and dividers Marriners Callender and Compas Rectified and a New Suit of Cloaths Over and
Above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing
Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
           Whereupon the Said William Allen and Littleton Dennis is ordered to Give Security to Comply with the
Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said William Allen and Littleton Dennis together with William Hayward and John
Dennis of Somerset County Gentlemen their Security all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the afd. William Jones in thirty pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys Goods or
Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Jones his heirs and Assigns to be
made and Levied if it happen that the Said William Allen and Littleton Dennis do not during the term afd.
Learn their Said Apprentice to be a Marriner and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and

Abraham Covington    Abraham Covington an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an
   Bound to    Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto Lane Roberson of Somerest
Lane Roberson    County Turner untill he the Said Abraham Covington Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one Years
the Said Abraham to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which Term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well
and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall
doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all
his during the term afd.    In Consideration of which Service the Said Lane Roberson present here in Court in his proper
person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is
to Say that he the Said Lane Roberson Shall and will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of
a turner and Spinning Wheel maker and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of Division Inclusive and at the
Expiration of his Servitude give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Narrow Broad Cloath and Likewise find and provide for his
Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the
term afd.    Whereupon the Said Lane Roberson is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon
A certain Daniel Jones and Charles Leatherbury of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their
proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Abraham Covington in thirty pounds Curt Money of Maryland
on their bodies goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Abraham Covington his
heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Lane Roberson do not during the term afd. Learn his

James Ward    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting The Humble Petition of
   Pet.    James Ward most humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner is possessed with part of a tract of Land Called Prices
Vineyard the Bounds whereof are precarious and the Evidences to prove the Same Antient and Infrim your petitioner
therefore humbly prays your Worships would Grant me a Commission and Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in
Relation to the Bounds of the afd. tract of Land or the Bounds of Any Other Lands on which the Same may depend
Agreeable to An Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided and Your petitioner as in duty bound will forever pray
