November Court 1760 60 You Charles Riggen Teague Riggen & James Riggen do Confess Judgement to Isaac Moor for twenty two Pounds ten shillings Current money & two hundred and seven Pounds of Tobacco which sum was Recovered by ye. said Isaac Moor against Charles Riggen on the twentieth day of November Last in the County Court ye. said Twenty two Pounds ten shillings Current money and two hundred and seven Pounds of Tobacco to be levied of Your Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements for ye. use of ye. said Isaac Moor ye. said twenty two Pounds ten shillings & two hundred and seven Pounds of Tobacco so as afd. Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and at ye. Parish afd. in ye County afd. did Commit Fornication with a Certain Person unknown and did permit the same unknown Person Person to have Carnal Knowledge of her Body and a Bastard Child on ye. Body of her ye. said Elizabeth then & there to Beget to the High Displeasure of Almighty God to ye. Evil Example of all others in such Case offending Contrary to ye. Peace of ye. said Lord Propry that now is his good Rule and government and against ye. form of ye.
