His Lordship

Young Baily McGloughlin
Somerset fst The Jurors of his Lordship the right Honrble the Lord propry that now is [for the]
Body of Somerset County upon their Oath present that Young Bayly McGlouglin of Somers[et]
Parish in the County afd. Carpenter on the first day of January in the Year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred & Sixty with force & Arms at the parish afd. in the County afors[aid]
in and upon a Certain John Covington in the peace of God and the said Lord propry
then & there being and Assault did make & him the said John Covington then & there did beat
wound & Evilly Treat so that of his Life it was much Dispeared and other harms to the said
John Covington then & there did to the great Damage of the said John Covington and agt.
the peace of his Lordship the right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is his good rule &
government &c.

On the Back of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed Vizt
Testis       John Covington                       Ignoramus
                                                                        Jarvis Ballard Foreman

William Geddes    propry that now is for the Body of Somerset County upon their Oath prese[nt]
that William Geddes Late of Somerset Parish in the County afd. Gent. on the first day of Ma[rch]
At the parish afd. in the County afd. in and upon A Certain Edmond Williss in the peace of G[od]
And the said Lord propry then & there being and Assault did make and him the said Edmond th[en]
and there did beat wound and Evilly Treat so that of his life it was much Dispaired and
other Harms to the said Edmond then and there did to the great Damage of the said
Edmond and against the peace of the said Lord propry that now is his good rule & government

On the Back of the foregoing Bill of Indict it was thus Endorsed Vizt
Test    Edmond Williss, Jessey King, & Elizabeth Vaughn       Ignoramus

of January in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & Sixty at the Parish afd. in the County [afd.]
in and upon a Certain John Covington in the peace of God and the said Lord propry then & there being an a[ssault]
did make and him the said John Covington then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat so [that]
of his Life it was much Dispaired And other Harms to the said John Covington then and there
did to the great Damage of the said John Covington And against the peace of his Lordship [the]
right Honrble the Lord propry that now is his good rule & government &c

hundred & fifty nine Sarah Lank personally Appeared before me the subscriber one of the Lord
propry Justices of the peace for Somerset County And being Charged of having born a basterd
