Then and there did Beget to the High Displeasure of Almighty God to ye. Evil Example
of all others in Such Case offending Contrary to ye. Peace of ye. said Lord Propry
that now is his good rule & government & against ye. form of ye Act of Assembly
in such Case made & provided and so forth
Thereupon it was Commanded ye. sherriffe of Somerset County that he should
Take ye. said Young Bailey McGlouglin if &c. to Answer &c.
And now to wit at a Court of his Lordship ye. Held at Princes Ann Town ye third
Tuesday of November Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty
before ye. Justices thereof Came ye. afd. Young Bailey McGlauglin in his Proper person
according to a Certain Recognizance by him & his Sery in that Part before
acknowledged and had a hearing of ye. Indictment afd. & saith that he Cannot
deny but that he is guilty of ye. Premisses in ye. Indictment afd. above upon
him Imposed in manner and form as by ye. Indictment afd. above agt.

                  Whereupon all & singular ye. Premisses being seen & by ye. Court
fully understood it is Considered by ye. Court here that ye. afd. Young Bailey
McGlauglin for ye. Premisses & offence afd. in ye. Indictment afd. above
           be taken Which said young Baly McGlauling present here in Court is fined
specified ^ for ye. Premisses & offence afd. Thirty shilling Current money of Maryland
which he paid here in Court to ye. use of County &c.
Whereupon the said Young Bailey McGlauwlin is ordered to give Sery to Save & keep Indemnified
the Justices of Somerset County Court and their Successors from all Troubles burthens &
Charges that Might Accrew by means of ye. Birth & Maintainance of ye. Child afd.
Thereupon ye. said Young Bailey Mac.Glaughlin together with Christopher Piper
of Somerset County planter his Sery both present here in Court in their Proper
Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship ye> Right Honrble ye
Lord Propry in Thirty Pound Current Money of Maryland of their Bodies goods
or Chattles Lands and Tenements Jointly & Severally to be made and Levied to ye.
use of ye. Inhabitants of Somerset County for ye. time being if it happen
that ye. aforesaid Young Bailey McGlaughlin his heirs Exrs. or admrs. or any or
either of them do not from time to time and at all times hereafter Acquit Discharge
and Save harmless as well ye Justices of Somerset County Court for ye. time being as
also ye. Inhabitants of said County of and from all Costs Charges Troubles
Whatsoever for or by reason of the Birth maintainance nourishing & bringing
up of the Said Child and of & from all other Suits troubles and Demands
Whatsoever touching or Concerning of the Same &c.
