the Evidences to prove the same being mostly Aged and infirm, Your Petitioner therefore Prays, that Your Worships would take it into Your Consideration, and appoint Commissioners to meet on the said Land, and take Depositions in order to perpetuate the Bounders of the Same, or of Any other Lands on which the Same may Depend And Your Petitioner as in duty bound will pray William Furnis Whereupon Came here into Court the aforesaid Petitioner in his Proper person and Thereupon the Petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. William Furnis as by the Petition afd. is praid & that William Jones, Edward Waters senr. Jesse King & Zorobable King of Somerset County gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission According to Act of Assembly in such Case provided &c.
of Entertainment as afd. &c. Whereupon the said John Cox together with William Pollit and George Dashiell of Somerset County Gentlemen his Serys all present here in Court in their proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland in Thirty Pounds Current money of sd. Province of their Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and Tenements Joyntly and severally to the use of his said Lordship his Heirs and successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the said John Cox do not keep good Rules and orders & do suffer Idle Loose and Disorderly Persons to Tipple game and Commit Disorders or other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided and so forth &
Nicholson to Serve his said Master the full term afd. during which term the said apprentice his said Master well and faithfully he shall serve his secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he shall doe and in all this as a good and faithfull apprentice he shall Demean himself towards his said |
