afd. Robert and Compy Above Against him have Complained and as to the Damage of the Same Robert and Company by him
by Occasion of the Premisses in that part Sustained the Same Samuel Saith and Acknowledgeth that the afd. Robert &
Company have Sustained Damages by Occasion of the Premisses beyond their Costs and Charges by them about their Suit in
that part Apposed to Six pounds and Nine pence Curt Money and not More and because the afd. Robert and Compy denys not this
but the Same Allegation Grant to be true pray Judgment for those Damages above Acknowledged together with their Costs and Charges
afd. to them to be Adjudged &c.
           Therefore by Consent of the parties afd. it is Considered that the afd. Robert Carmichael and Copy Recover
Against the afd. Samuel Horsey their Damages afd. to the afd. Six pound and Nine pence Curt. Money by the Same Samuel in
form afd. Acknowledged as also                                          Pounds of Tobacco for their Costs and Charges afd. to
216    the Same Robert and Company at their Request by the Court now here of the Assent of the parties afd. Adjudged which Certain
Damages in the Whole Amount to Six pound and Nine pence Curt Money and                                 Pounds of Tobacco &
the afd. Samuel in Mercy &c.

His Lordship
@    Somerset fst Be it Remembred that on the fifteenth day of August personally Appeared before me the
Elijah Weatherly    Subscriber Elijah Weatherly and Andrew Murphy of Stepney Parish in the County afd. planters and Acknowledged
themselves to Owe and Stand Justly indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry in the Sum of Five pounds Curt Money
of Maryland of their and Each of their bodys Goods Chattles Lands and tenements to be made and Levied in Case the Said Elijah
Weatherly does not Comply with the Condition hereunder Written         The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above
bounden Elijah Weatherly Shall Appear before the Justices of the County afd. on the third Tuesday of August Instant at a Court
by them held at Princes Ann Town within the County afd. then and there to Answer unto Such Matters and things as Shall be
then and there Objected Against him in behalf of his Said Lordship then the above Recognizance to be Void Else to be and
Remain in full force and Virtue in Law       Taken and Acknowledged before me the 15 day of August Anno Dom. 1759

      Att which Said Third Tuesday of August Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and fifty
Nine at a Court then held at Princes Ann Town in and for the County of Somerset afd. Came the afd. Andrew Murphey (Security for
the afd. Elijah Weatherly) in his proper person but the Same Elijah Weatherly Came not thereupon at the Request of the afd.

Andrew Sery as afd. the Recognizance afd. is Respited and Every thing thereto Relating is ^ Respited untill ^ next Court to be held at
Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of November then next following in the State that now &c.
           Att which Day at Princes Ann Town afd. Came the afd. Andrew Murphey Sery as afd. in his proper person but
the Same Elijah Weatherly Came not thereupon at the Request of the afd. Andrew Murphey the Recognizance afd. is

Respited and Every thing thereto Relating is by the Court here Respited untill ^ next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town
the third Tuesday of March then next following in the State that now &c
           Att which day here Came the afd. Andrew Murphey in his proper person Security as afd. but the Same Elijah
Weatherly Came not thereupon at the Request of the afd. Andrew Murphey the Recognizance afd. is Respited and
Every thing thereto Relating is by the Court here Respited untill the next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the
third Tuesday of June then next following in the State that now &c
           Att which day here Came the afd. Andrew Murphey in his proper person Sery as aa but the Same Elijah
Weatherly Came not thereupon at the Request of the afd. Andrew Murphey the Recognizance afd. is Respited &
Every thing thereto Relating is by the Court here Respited untill the next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third
Tuesday of August then next following in the State that now &c
         Att which day the afd. Elijah Weatherly altho Solemnly Called Came not but made default and the
Said Andrew Murphey altho Solemnly Called to bring into Court the body of the afd. Elijah Weatherly but Came not
but made default &c

The Same    Somerset County to witt Be it Remembred that on the 27th day of December in the Year of our Lord God
&    1759 Ezekiell Mathews of Somerset County Planter and John Mathews of the County afd. Planter and
Ezekiell Mathews    Isaac Mathews of the County afd. Planter Personally Came before me Samuel Adams one of the Right
Honrble the Lord Propry his Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Somerset and Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto the Said Lord Propry to witt the afd. Ezekiell Mathews in the Sum of fifty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland
And the Said John Mathews and Isaac Mathews in the Sum of Twenty five pounds Like Money Each of them of their Goods
And Chattles Lands and Tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the use of the Said Lord Propry his heirs and
