William Disharoon	To the Worshipfull ye. Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting
Petition	the Humble Petition of William Disharoon Sheweth that your Petitioner
	is Possest of a Certain Tract or Parcel of Land Called Frizzells Injoyment

Lying in y^e. County aforesaid the Bounds whereof are Decaying & the Persons that is acquainted
With them are old or Infirm Your Petitioner humbly Intreats Your Worships to appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the Bounds of y^e. said Land
or y^e. Bounds of any other Lands whereon y^e. Same may Depend and Your Petitioner
as in duty Bound Shall pray &^c.                                          W^m. Disheron
Whereupon Came here into Court y^e. af^d. Petitioner in his proper person & thereupon y^e.
Petition af^d. being read & heard & fully understood it is Considered by y^e. Court here that
a Commission Issue to y^e. af^d. William Disharoon as by y^e Petition af^d. is praid
& that Louther Dashiell, Thomas Dashiell, Isaac Dashiell & John Adams of Som^t.
County Gentlemen be Commissioners & Execute y^e. same Commission According to Act of
Assembly &^c.

Isaac Beatly	Isaac Beatly An orphan of his own free consent is Bound out by
Bound to	the Court here an Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such
Michael White	Case provided unto Michael White of Somerset County Weaver & untill

he the said Isaac Beatly should Arrive at y^e. age of Twenty one Years the said Isaac
Beatly to serve his said Master the full term af^d. during which the said Apprentice his
Said Master well & faithfully shall serve his Secrets keep his Commandments
Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he shall doe and in all things as a good
and faithfull Apprentice he shall Demean himself towards his said Master all
his during the term aforesaid In Consideration of which service the said Michael
White present here in Court in his proper person Convenanteth with the Justices of y^e
Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in manner and form following that is to say
that he the said Michael White shall & will during the term af^d. Learn his said Appren:
:tice the trade of a Weaver & to Read Write & Cypher as far as y^e. Rule of three Inclusive &
at y^e. Experation of his servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over & above his
Common wearing Cloaths & likewise find & provide for his said Apprentice meat
Drink, Washing, Lodging & Cloathing sufficient for such an Apprentice to have & wear
during y^e term af^d.
Whereupon the said Michael White is ordered to give good Se^rty for to Comply with the
Covenants af^d. thereupon y^e. said Michael together with Robert Colliar & W^m. Darbe
of Somerset County Gentlemen his Se^rtys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto y^e. af^d. Isaac Beatley in thirty Pounds Current money of Maryland
on their Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands & Tenements Joyntly & Severally to y^e. use of y^e
