Apprentice the trade of a Taylor And to Read, Write & Cypher as far as ye. Rule of three Inclu:
:sive and at ye. Expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over & above his
Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his said Apprentice meat
Drink, Washing, Lodging & Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and
Wear during ye. term aforesaid
Whereupon the said Thomas Larramore is Ordered to give Serty for to Comply with the
Covenants aforesaid Thereupon the said Thomas Larremore together with Stpehen Winright
And Richard Fluellin of Somerset County Gentleman his Srtys all present here in Court
in their proper person Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto ye. aforesaid Ephraim
Furbush in Thirty Pounds Current money of Maryland on their Bodies Goods or
Chattles Lands & Tenements Joyntly & Severally to ye. use of ye. said Ephraim Furbush
his Heirs and Assigns to be made & Levied if it happen that the said Thomas Larremore
do not during ye. term afd. Learn his said Apprentice the Trade of a Taylor and
to Read Write & Cypher as far as ye. Rule of three Inclusive & at ye Experation of his
servitude do not give him a new Suit of Cloaths over & above his Common wearing
Cloaths and do not Likewise find & provide for his said Apprentice meat drink
Washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have & wear
during the term afd. &c.

Josiah Crocket    Josiah Crocket An Orphan of his own free Consent is Bound out
Bound to    by the Court here an Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in
Nehemiah Crocket    Such Case Provided unto Nehemiah Crocket of Somerset County
Cordwainer untill he the said Josiah Crocket should Arrive at ye. age of Twenty One Years the
Said Josiah Crocket to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the said
Apprentice his said Master well and faithfully Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandmts
Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and
faithfull Apprentice he Shall Demean himself towards his said Master and all his
During the term aforesaid In Consideration of which Service the Said Nehemiah Crocket
Present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of ye. Same Court
in Court Judicially Sitting in manner and form following that is to Say that he the said
Nehemiah Crocket shall and will during the term afd. Learn his said Apprentice the
Trade of a Cordwainer & to read write & Cypher as far as ye. Rule of three Inclusive and at the
Expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over & above his Common wearing
Cloathing and likewise find and provide for his said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging
& Cloathing Sufficient for Such & Apprentice to have & wear during ye term aforesaid
Whereupon the said Nehemiah Crocket is ordered to give Serty for to Comply with the Covenants
afd. thereupon the said Nehemiah Crocket together with William Robinson & Wm. Bounds of Somerset County Gent.
his Sertys all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto ye. aforesaid
