Justly Indebted to Levin Ballard in the sum of Fifty one pounds Eighteen shillings & three pence
half penny & that the sd Burridge is fled in order to defraud his Just Creditors these are therefore in his
Lordships Name to command you in behalfe of the sd Levin Ballard to Issue an Attachment against
the goods & Chattels Rights & Credits of the sd: Burridge for the afsd Sum of fifty one pounds Eighteen
shilings & three pence halfe penny as also the Legal Costs thereon given under my hand & seal
