Forman at his request by the court now here of the assent of the parties afsd: adjudged which
certain damages in the whole amount to seven pounds twelve shillings and six pence Curt:
Money &                                                                pounds of Tobacco & the afd. James in mercy &c

   Jas Trahern    His Lordship the Lord propry directed his Writt to the sheriff Close in these words Vizt

vs    Somerset fst Frederick absolute Lord and propry of the provinces of Maryland
GH    Signey Brown    and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore and to the sheriffe of Somerset
County greeting whereas John Weatherly & James Trahern Lately before Isaac Handy Esq
and others his associates Justices of our county court of Somerset Recovered against a certain
Signey Brown the sum of five pounds Curt: Money and twelve hundred and ninety five pounds
of Tobacco as also three hundred and ninety seven pounds of Tobacco costs whereof the said
Signey is convict as by the Record to us appears and now on behalf of the said John and James
in our court before us we have understood that altho Judgement thereof is given Execution
