the Said Brittingham Dickerson present herein Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices
of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the
Said Brittingham Dickerson shall and will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade
of a Ship Carpinter and to Read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration
of his Servitude Give him a Ship Carpinters Broad Ax and a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad Cloath over and
Above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink
washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
           Whereupon the Said Brittingham Dickerson is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the
Covenants afd. thereupon the Said Brittingham Dickerson together with John Broughton and
Michael Cluff of Somerset County his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the afd. Ephraim Stevens in the Sum of thirty Pounds Current money of Maryland
of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Ephraim
Stevens his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Brittingham Dickerson
do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Ship Carpinter and to Read write and
Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a new
Ship Carpinters Broad Ax and a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad Cloath Over and Above his Common wearing
Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing
Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &c.

Rebecca Windsor    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Rebecca Windsor Sheweth that She is
      Petn    Seized of a tract of Land Called Wolledge the Boundaries whereof are precarious and much
Decayed and the Evidences to Establish the Same Antient and Infirm Your Petitioner therefore prays your
Worships to Grant her a Commission and Appoint Commissioners for the Examineing Evidences to perpetuate
the Bounds of the afd. tract of Land or of Any other Lands on which they may depend and Your petitioner
as in duty Bound will pray                                                                     Rebecca Winsor
           Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in her proper person and thereupon the
Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue
to the afd. Rebecca Windsor as by the petition afd. is praid and that Joseph Gillis Leven Dashiell George
Irving and Robert Elzey of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According
to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

William Givans    William Givans an Orphan above the Age of fourteen Years Came here into Court
   Chose Benjn Venables    in his Proper Person and prays that he may be permitted to Chose a Certain Benjamin
Guardian                                            as his

   Venables of Somerset County ^ Guardian which is by the Court here unto him Granted &c.
Thereupon the Said William Givans made Choice of the afd. Benjn. Venables as his Guardian Accordingly
Whereupon the Said Benjamin Venables is Endorsed by the Court here to take into his Care and Possession the
afd. Orphan and all his Estate Real and Personall and further it is Ordered that a Certain David
Kirkpatrick of York County in the Province of Pensilvania Elizabeth Whittington of Somerset County or Any
Other Person or Persons deliver up unto the afd. Benjn. Venables Gardian as afd. all the Estate Reall and
Personall that they and Each of them hath in their hands and Possession and that of Right doth belong unto

the afd. William Givans Orphan afd. and that the afd. Guardian Give Good Security to Comply with the ^ Guardianship
afd. and to deliver up unto the afd. Orphan his heirs Exrs. or Admrs. all his Estate Reall and personall that he Shall take
into his hands and Possession Peaceably and Quietly when Ever the Same Should be Legally Required
     Whereupon the Said Benjn. Venables together with Joseph Venables and Nehemiah Bozman of Somerset
County Gent his Securitys all present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted
