term afd. Whereupon the Said John Caldwell Senr. is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants
afd.    Thereupon the Said John Caldwell Ser. together with John Piper and Joseph Scroggin of Somerset County
Gent his Securitys all present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
the afd. John Caldwell Jur. in thirty Pounds Current Money of Maryland on their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands
and Tenements Jointly and Severally to the use of the said John Caldwell Jur. his heirs and Assigns to be
Made and Levied if it happen that the Said John Caldwell Senr do not during the term afd. Learn his
Said Apprentice to Read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and Navigation So far as
through Marcato Sailing and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a Quadrant Scale
dividers Mariners Compass Rectified and Callender and a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad Cloath
Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said
Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have
and wear during the term afd. &c

Teague Dickerson    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the Petition of Teague Dickerson humbly
      Petn    Shews that your Petitioner is possessed of part of a tract of Land Called Saint Albans the bounds

   of which are precarious and the persons Capable of Proveing the Same Aged and Infirm he therefore
Prays that your Worships would Grant a Commission and Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in
Relation to the bounds of the afd. Land or of any other Land on which the afd. bounds may depend and your
Petitioner as in duty bound will Ever pray &c                                                    Teague Dickerson
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition afd.
being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the
afd. Teague Dickerson as by the petition afd. is prai'd and that Ephraim King, George Gale, Nicholas Evans &
Isaac Handy of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of
Assembly in Such Case provided &c.

Margaret Kerman
   Bound to    Margaret Kerman an Orphan of her Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here
Wm. Harris    An Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto William Harris of
Somerset County untill She the Said Margaret Should Arrive at the Age of Sixteen Years the Said Margaret
to Serve her Said Master the full term afd during which term the Said Apprentice her Said Master well &
faithfully She Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Every where willingly
she Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice she Shall demean herself towards her
Said Master and all his during the term afd.    In Consideration of which Service the Said William Harris present
here in Court in his Proper Person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner
and form following that is to Say that he the Said William Harris Shall and will during the term afd. Learn his
Said Apprentice the Trade of a Weaver and to Knitt Sew and Spin and to Read well in the Bible and at the Expiration
of her Servitude Give her a New Suit of Cloaths of Callico or Cotton and Linnen Over and Above her Common
wearing Cloaths and Likewise to find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing
Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. Whereupon the Said William
Harris is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said William Harris together
with Benjamin Cottman and James Husk of Somerset County Planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their
Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Margaret Kermen in the Sum of thirty Pounds Current
Money of Maryland of their Bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said
Margaret Kerman her heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said William Harris
do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice to Read well in the Bible and the trade of a Weaver and to
Knitt Sew and Spin and at the Expiration of her Servitude do not Give her a New Suit of Cloaths of Callico or Cotton &
Linnen over and Above her Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat
drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &c
