Ordered that Jonathan Boyce & Jonathan Bell Recover against Joseph Collins one hundred & Twenty
                                                                                      three
pounds of Tobacco being due unto them for their attendance ^ x Days each as Evidences & two days Each for Iti
-nerant Charges on behalf of the said Joseph against Samuel Jackson Bailey they haveing made
oath to the same &c
                                    Ordered that Edward Waters Junr Recover against Thomas Jones seventy Two
pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of the
said Thomas against Edmund Willis he haveing Made Oath To the same &c

Ordered that George Sharp Recover against Signey Brown Seventy Two pounds of Tobacco being due
unto him for his Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of the said Signey at Suit of John
Weatherly & James Trehearn he haveing Made oath to the same &c

Ordered that William Heath Recover against William Figgs ninety Six pounds of Tobacco being
due unto him for his attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of the said William against
Shiles Moore he having made oath to the same &c

Ordered that William Hath Recover against Martha Mungar ninety six pounds of Tobacco be
-ing due unto him for his attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship
against the said Martha he having made oath To the same &c

Ordered that Isaac Cooper Archibald Hust & David Cordry Recover against James Hust one hun
-dred & forty four pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance Six days Each as
evidences on behalf of the said James against John Henry they having made oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Isaac Covington Recover against James Hust One hundred & Twenty pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance five days as an Evidence on behalf of the said
James against John Henry he haveing made oath To the same &c

Ordered that William Hitch & Thomas Ralph Recover against William Kinney one hundred &
Twenty pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance five days Each as Evidences
on behalf of his Lordship against the said William they having made oath To the Same &c

Ordered that Thomas Collins Recover against John Mitchel forty Eight pounds of Tobacco
being due unto him for his Attendance two days as an Evidence on behalf of the said John against
Isaac Dasheill he having made oath To the same &c

Randal Wright
   Petn against    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Randal Wright humbly shew
Robert Geddes    -eth that he is detained in the Service of Robert Geddes as a Servant without
Just Right or Claim your petitioner therefore humbly prays Releif and your petitioner as in
Duty bound will pray                                     Randal Wright
Whereupon the petition afsd being read & Heard it is commanded the sheriff of Somerset County
that Immediately he should Summons the afsd Robert Geddes if he should be found in his baily
-wick that all Excuses Set apart he should be and appear before the Justices of his Lordships coun
               of Somerset
-ty Court ^ now Sitting at princess Ann Town this Instant March To answer unto the petition afsd
Whereupon came here into Court as well the afsd Randal Wright as the afsd Robert Geddes in their proper
persons & Thereupon the petition afsd being read & heard & fully understood as likewise the severall Allegati
-ons of both parties, (after mature deliberation) it is considered by the Court here that the afd Randal
                                                        the         Robert Geddes
Wright be discharged from the Service of ^ afd ^ as by the petition afsd in pray'd &c
Thereupon it is considered by the court now here that the afsd Randal Wright Recover against the
afsd Robert Geddes                                                                                  pounds of Tobacco for
his Costs & charges by him in obtaining his discharge from his Service afd Sustained &c

Gowan Wright & Francis White    To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Gowan Wright and
        Petn against    Francis White humbly shew that they became Sery for Mary Wallace
Rencher Roberts Et uxor    now Mary Roberts by means of her Intermarriage with one Rencher
Roberts for her due admn of the Estate of Matthew Wallace deceased and your Petitioners apprehen
-ding themselves in danger of Suffering humbly pray your Worships to grant them such releif as of
right To them Belongs and your petitioners as in duty bound will pray    Gowan Wright
