Thereupon a certain Josiah Polk present here in Court in his proper person acknowledged
himself To be held & firmly bound unto his Lordship the Lord propry in thirty pounds Current Money
                                                                    and Tenements
of Maryland of his body Goods or Chattels Lands & ^ To the use of his Lordship his heirs & Successors to be
made & levied if it happen that Martha Mungar do not Save and keep Indemnified the Justices of
Somerset County Court form all Costs charges & Troubles which might accrue by means of the
birth of the bastard child afsd            Thereupon the said Martha Mungar is ordered to give
Security for the payment of the severall Officers fees due Upon the prosecution afd &c
Thereupon the afsd Josiah Polk present here in Court as afsd became Security for the payment of
the severall Officers fees due upon the prosecution afd &c

Ordered that Mary Broughton & Rebecca Newton Recover against Jonathan Cluff forty eight
                                                                                                     Two
pounds of Tobacco Each being Due unto them for their Attendance ^ three ^ days Each as Evidences
on behalf of the said Jonathan at Suit of his Lordship they haveing made Oath to the same &c

Ordered that Frances Tilman Stephen Tilman Michael Taylor Mary White & Leah Newbold
Recover against Jonathan Cluff twenty four pounds of Tobacco Each being Due unto them for their
                       as Evidences
Attendance one Day Each ^ on behalf of his Lordship against the said Jonathan they haveing
made Oath To the same &c                           Ordered that Jemimah Broughton Recover against
Jonathan Cluff forty Eight pounds of Tobacco being Due unto her for her Attendance two Days as
an Evidence on behalf the said Jonathan at Suit of his Lordship She haveing made Oath to the same &c

Ordered that Hope Hull & William More Recover against Jonathan Cluff Seventy Two pounds of
Tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance three days each as Evidences on behalf of
his Lordship against the said Jonathan they haveing made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Stephen White Recover against Jonathan Cluff Ninety Six pounds of Tobacco be
-ing due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of the said Jonathan at
Suit of his Lordship he haveing made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Priscilla Mardike Recover against Jonathan Cluff one hundred & forty
four pounds of Tobacco being due unto her for her Attendance six days as an Evidence on behalf
of his Lordship Against the afd Jonathan she haveing made Oath To the same &c

Ordered that Jesse Blades Recover against Jonathan Cluff twenty four pounds of Tobacco being
due unto him for his Attendance one day as an Evidence on behalf of the said Jonathan at
Suit of his Lordship he haveing made oath to the same &c

Ordered that William Ellegood & ^ recover against Samuel Jackson Baily One hundred and
twenty pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance three days Each as
Evidences & two Days Each for Itinerant charges one behalf of the said Samuel Jackson at
Suit of Joseph Collins they haveing made Oath To the same &c

Ordered that Joseph Scroggin Recover against Joseph Collins Ninety Six pounds of Tobacco
being due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of the said Joseph Col
-lins against Samuel Jackson Bailey he haveing made oath To the same &c

Ordered that James English & John Magee Recover against Joseph Collins Seventy Two pounds
of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance three days Each as Evidences On be
-half of the said Joseph against Samuel Jackson Baily they haveing made Oath to the same &c

Ordered that John William & Roger Phillips Recover against Samuel Jackson Bailey Seventy
Two pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance three days Each as Evidences on behalf of
the said Samuel Jackson at Suit of Joseph Collins they haveing made Oath To the same &c

Ordered that Joseph Venables & Benjamin Venables Recover against Joseph Collins Seventy Two
pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance three days Each as Evidences
on behalf of the said Joseph against Samuel Jackson Bailey they haveing made Oath to
the same &c
