Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Representative the afd Sum of Twenty one pounds one shillings and ten
pence halfpenny Curt. Money according to act of assembly and decd. Will when he shall arrive at full
age to Receive the same then the above obligation To be Void Else to Remain in full force and Vertue

Esau Boston &NBSP;&NBSP; Know all Men by these presents that we Thomas Summers William Miles Snr & Thomas
Representatives                                                                               unto
Bond    Prior of Somerset County are held and firmly bound ^ Jesse Boston, Jacob Boston, Mary

   Boston Martha Boston, Ephraim Boston, & David Boston Representatives of Esau
Boston decd. in the full and Just Sum of Sixty nine pounds Curt Money of Maryland to be paid to the said
Jesse, Jacob, Mary, Martha, Ephraim, & David Boston them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs.
admrs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly To be made and done we bind ourselves and
each of us our and each of our heirs Exrs. admrs. for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally
firmly by these presents Sealed without Seals & dated this 17th Day of March Anno Dom. 1763
The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the commissary General hath trans

-mitted unto this court the acct. of the Estate of Esau Boston ^ wherein it is found that there is a ballance
due to the abovesaid Representatives of the sum of Thirty nine pounds Ten shillings and Eight pence
halfpenny Curt Money therefore if the abovesaid Thomas Summers, William Miles, & Thomas Pryor them or any
of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. admrs. do and shall well & Truly pay or cause to be paid unto the

any three or two of you to be our Commissioners To Examine Evidences on behalf of a certain Wil
                  Senr
-liam Turpin ^ of Somerset County in Relation To the bounds of a Tract of Land called Neigh
-bours Agreement or any other Lands on which the bounds of the afd Land may depend we therefore
require you or any three or two of You at Some time & place as to you or any three or two of You shall
Seem Convenient you meet on the afsd Land Called Neighbours Agreement or any other Land on
which the bounds of the afsd Land may Depend you first Haveing Taken your oaths on the holy
Evangels of Almighty God & there cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all Such Eviden
-ces as shall be to you or any three or two of you nominated by the said Complainant or Deft & that
             or two of you
you or any three ^ Examine them upon their Corporal Oaths to be by you or any three or two of you ad
-ministred on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God in the presence of the complainant or deft if a
-ny touching the Truth or Remembrance of their Knowledge or any thing that may Relate to
the caus afsd & that Reducing the Several depositions into writing you Send the same with this our
Commission under your or any three or Two of your Hands and Seals To us To our County court of
Somerset with all Convenient Speed Wittness Isaac Handy Esqr cheif Justice of our said Court
the 21st Day of November in the 11th Year of our Dominion & Anno Dom. 1761
And now to witt a court of his Lordship held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday of March being
the fifteenth day of the same Month Anno Dom. 1763 before the Justices thereof Came Levin Wilson and
Stephen Horsey Two of the Gentlemen Nominated in the above commission and returned the same
Endorsed in manner following with the severall depositions thereto annexed
