Representatives	unto
Bond	Prior of Somerset County are held and firmly bound ^ Jesse Boston, Jacob Boston, Mary
	Boston Martha Boston, Ephraim Boston, & David Boston Representatives of Esau

Boston dec^d. in the full and Just Sum of Sixty nine pounds Cur^t Money of Maryland to be paid to the said
Jesse, Jacob, Mary, Martha, Ephraim, & David Boston them or any of them their or any of their heirs Ex^rs.
adm^rs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly To be made and done we bind ourselves and
each of us our and each of our heirs Ex^rs. adm^rs. for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally
firmly by these presents Sealed without Seals & dated this 17^th Day of March Anno Dom. 1763
The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the commissary General hath trans

-mitted unto this court the acc^t. of the Estate of Esau Boston ^ wherein it is found that there is a ballance
due to the abovesaid Representatives of the sum of Thirty nine pounds Ten shillings and Eight pence
halfpenny Cur^t Money therefore if the abovesaid Thomas Summers, William Miles, & Thomas Pryor them or any
of them their or any of their heirs Ex^rs. adm^rs. do and shall well & Truly pay or cause to be paid unto the

abovesaid Representatives the afs^d Sum of Thirty nine pounds Ten shillings and four pence halfpenny
                         p;                              when they shall Arrive at full Age to Receive the Same

any three or two of you to be our Commissioners To Examine Evidences on behalf of a certain Wil

-liam Turpin ^ of Somerset County in Relation To the bounds of a Tract of Land called Neigh
-bours Agreement or any other Lands on which the bounds of the af^d Land may depend we therefore
require you or any three or two of You at Some time & place as to you or any three or two of You shall
Seem Convenient you meet on the afs^d Land Called Neighbours Agreement or any other Land on
which the bounds of the afs^d Land may Depend you first Haveing Taken your oaths on the holy
Evangels of Almighty God & there cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all Such Eviden
-ces as shall be to you or any three or two of you nominated by the said Complainant or Def^t & that
             or two of you
you or any three ^ Examine them upon their Corporal Oaths to be by you or any three or two of you ad
-ministred on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God in the presence of the complainant or def^t if a
-ny touching the Truth or Remembrance of their Knowledge or any thing that may Relate to
the caus afs^d & that Reducing the Several depositions into writing you Send the same with this our
Commission under your or any three or Two of your Hands and Seals To us To our County court of
Somerset with all Convenient Speed Wittness Isaac Handy Esq^r cheif Justice of our said Court
the 21^st Day of November in the 11^th Year of our Dominion & Anno Dom. 1761
And now to witt a court of his Lordship held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday of March being
the fifteenth day of the same Month Anno Dom. 1763 before the Justices thereof Came Levin Wilson and
Stephen Horsey Two of the Gentlemen Nominated in the above commission and returned the same
Endorsed in manner following with the severall depositions thereto annexed
