Bond	and John Dennis Senr. of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto Benjamin

Handy John Handy Esther Lowes Day Scott and John Scott Representatives of John Handy dec^d in
the full and Just Sum of two hundred pounds Cur^t. Money of Maryland to be paid to the said Benjamin
& John Handy's, Esther Lowes, Day, and John Scott them or any of them their or any of their Exec^rs adm^rs
or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves & each of us
                          heirs
our and each of our ^ Ex^rs. adm^rs. for the whole and in the Whole Joyntly and Severally Firmly by these
presents Sealed with our Seals & dated this 17^th Day of March Anno Dom. 1763
      The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the commissary General hath trans
-mitted unto this Court the acc^t. of the Estate of John Handy dec^d Wherein it is found that there is a
ballance due to the abovesaid Representatives the sum of Ninety Six pounds one shilling and one
farthing Cur^t. Money therefore if the abovesaid Thomas Gilliss, William Winder, and John Dennis them or
any of them their or any of their heirs Ex^rs. adm^rs. do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid to
any of them their or any of their heirs Ex^rs. adm^rs do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid to
the abovesaid Representatives the afs^d Sum of Ninety Six pounds one shilling and one farthing Cur^t Mo
-ney according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above

Benjⁿ. Parramore dec^d. in the full and Just Sum of Forty two pounds Cur^t Money of Maryland to be paid
To the said Joseph Parramore him his heirs Ex^rs. adm^rs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly to
be made and done we bind ourselves and Each of us our and each of our heirs Exec^rs. adm^rs. for the whole
and in the whole Joyntly and Severally Firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this
16^th day of March Anno Dom. 1763
