March Court 1763 214 and Juday Hopkins them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. Admrs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done We bind ourselves and Each of us our and each of our heirs Exrs. Admrs. for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 17th Day of March Anno Dom. 1763 The Condition of this above obligation is Such that whereas the commisary generall Hath trans -mitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of William Hopkins decd. wherein it is found that there is a ballance due to the abovesaid Representatives the sum of Nineteen pounds Sixteen shil -lings & four pence halfpenny Curt Money therefore if the abovesaid Joseph Dennis Thomas Tyler & Arthur Williams them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. admrs. do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Representatives the afsd Sum of Nineteen pounds Six -teen shillings & four pence halfpenny Curt Money according to act of assembly when they shall ar -rive at full age to Receive the same then the above obligation to be Void Else to Remain in full
the full and Just Sum of two hundred pounds Curt. Money of Maryland to be paid to the said Benjamin & John Handy's, Esther Lowes, Day, and John Scott them or any of them their or any of their Execrs admrs or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves & each of us heirs our and each of our ^ Exrs. admrs. for the whole and in the Whole Joyntly and Severally Firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals & dated this 17th Day of March Anno Dom. 1763 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the commissary General hath trans -mitted unto this Court the acct. of the Estate of John Handy decd Wherein it is found that there is a ballance due to the abovesaid Representatives the sum of Ninety Six pounds one shilling and one farthing Curt. Money therefore if the abovesaid Thomas Gilliss, William Winder, and John Dennis them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. admrs. do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid to any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. admrs do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid to the abovesaid Representatives the afsd Sum of Ninety Six pounds one shilling and one farthing Curt Mo -ney according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above

Parramore decd. in the full and Just Sum of Forty two pounds Curt Money of Maryland to be paid To the said Joseph Parramore him his heirs Exrs. admrs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and Each of us our and each of our heirs Execrs. admrs. for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally Firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 16th day of March Anno Dom. 1763 The Condition Of the above obligation is Such that whereas the commissary general hath transmitted unto this court the acct. of the Estate of Benjn. Parramore decd wherein it is found that there is a ballance due to the abovesaid Representative the sum of Twenty one pounds one shil -ling and ten pence halfpenny Curt. Money therefore if the abovesaid John Fletcher, Thomas Fletcher and Chris. Piper them or any of them their or any of their Heirs Exrs. admrs. do and shall well and truly pay or cause |
