thereof To Imparle Here untill Next Court To be held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday of June
then next following & he hath it & the same day is given to the afd Teague Riggen here also &c
Att which day here came as well the afd Teague Reggen as the afd John Harris by their Attorneys afd & hereupon
the afd John as before defends the Force & Injury when &c & prays further leave thereof to Imparle Here untill
next Court to be held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday of August then next following & he hath it & the

afd John prays further leave thereof To Imparle Here untill next Court To be held at princess Ann Town the third
tuesday of march then next following and he hath it & the same day is given to the afd Teague here also &c
Att which day here came as well the afd Teague Riggen as the afd John Harris by their Attorneys afd & hereupon the afd
John as before defends the force & Injury when &c ad Says that he cannot Deny the action afd of the afd Teague Riggen
nor but that he is guilty of the premises in manner and Form as the afd Teague Riggen above against him hath com
-plained & as to the Damage of the same Teague by him by occasion of the premises in that part Sustained the same
John Harris Saith & acknowledgeth That the afd Teague hath Sustained Damages by occasion of the premises be
-yond his Costs & charges by him about his Suit in that part opposed to Twenty Five shillings Curt Money and
not more & because the afd Teague Riggen denies not this but the same Allegation Grants To be True prays Judg

-ment for these damages above acknowledged together with his costs & charges ^ To him to be adjudged &c
Therefore it is considered that the afd Teague Riggen Recover against the afd John Harris his damages afd
To the afd Twenty Five shillings Current Money by the afd John in form afd acknowledged as also
232                                                                pounds of Tobacco for his costs & charges To the same Teague
at his request by the court now here of the assent of the parties afd adjudged which certain Damages in the
whole amount to Twenty Five shillings Curt Money &
                                                                  pounds of Tobacco & the afd John in Mercy &c

@    Somerset To wit the Jurors for his Lordship the Right Honble the Lord propry that now is for the

William Bailey    body of Somerset County upon their oath present that William Bailey Late of Stepney parish
in the county afd planter on the xxx Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred
Sixty & Two with force and arms at the parish afd in the county afd in and upon a certain Sameull Addams
in the peace of God & the said Lord propry then & there being an assault did make and him the said Samuel
then & there did beat wound and Evilly Treat so that of his Life it was greatly dispaired and other harms to

him
