Panthur Lawes    To the worshipfull the Justice of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting the petition of Panthur
   Petn    Lawes most humbly sheweth that whereas the Road now leads through his Corn field and greatly
hurts the plantation of your petitioner He therefore prays your Worships to Establish a Road already clear
-ed around his fence which is much better and nearer than the old Road is or could be made and as in
duty bound he will ever pray                                               Panthur Lawes
Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. petitioner in his proper person & thereupon the petition afd. be
-ing Read & Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that the afd. Ranthur Lawes be permitted to
turn the Road as by the petition afd. is pray'd he first making the new Road as Good and passable as the

Wm Coulbourn &NBSP;&NBSP; To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Now in Court Sitting the petition of William
   Petn &NBSP;&NBSP; Coulbourn humbly sheweth that whereas the publick Road Goes through a small part of
your petitioners Land to his great disadvantage and begs your worships would grant an order for turn
-ing it a small distance which will be as convenient as the other part of the Road and will be
made as good and your petitioner as in Duty bound shall Ever pray &c    William Coulbourn
Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. petitioner in his proper person & thereupon the petition afd. being
Read & Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that the afd. William Coulbourn be permitt
-ed to turn the Road as by the petition afd. is pray'd he first making the new Road as good and passable as
the old Road and that the old Road Lay open till the new Road be Compleat & that Jacob Cullen & William
Miles view the same & make Report to the Court &c

Saml. Jackson    March 1763
      Petn    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somersett County now setting the Humble pertition of Samuel
Jackson humbly Sheweth that he is possest of three tracts of Land Called Abrogany Warrinton and Warrin
-tons addition and prays your Worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the
bounds of the said three Tracts of Land or any other lands on which the same may Depend according to
act of assembly in Such Case provided &c and yr. pertitioner as in Duty bound shall Ever pray

Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd being
Read & Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Samuel
Jackson as by the petition afd is pray'd & that George Handy Thomas Handy Robert Dashiell & George
Scott Of Sommerset County Gent. be commissioners & Execute the same Commission according to act
of assembly in Such Case provided &c

Jarvis Ballard    To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Jarvis Ballard humbly Sheweth that he
      Petn.    is Seized of part of a Tract of Land Called Ilchester which part is under the conveyance
thereof now Called & Known by the name of Goldsmiths delight the Boundaries of Which are precarious
& the Evidence to prove the same antient and infirm your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships
to grant him a commission and appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of his
part afd. of the afd. Tract of Land or the bounds of any other Lands on which they may Depend and Your peti
-tioner as in Duty bound will pray                                     Jarvis Ballard
Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. petitioner in his proper person & thereupon the petition afd. being Read &
Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that a Commission issue to the afd. Jarvis Ballard as
by the petition afd. is pray'd & that William Hayward William Skervin John Parker & William Fleming
of Somerset County Gent. be Commissioners & Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in
such Case provided &c

Aaron Tilghman    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Court the humble petition of Aaron Tilghman
     Petn.    humbly Sheweth that your Petition hath a Certain Negroe man named Peter who hath
been Long Sick and Infirm and Your petitioner hath used his utmost Endeavour with the Help of a Physician
to recover the said Negroes Health and Now hath no hopes of his ever being Serviceable to him Therefore your

petitioner
