Samuel Jackson as by the petition afd is pray'd & that George Handy Thomas Handy Robert Dashiell & George Scott Of Sommerset County Gent. be commissioners & Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case provided &c
& the Evidence to prove the same antient and infirm your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships to grant him a commission and appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of his part afd. of the afd. Tract of Land or the bounds of any other Lands on which they may Depend and Your peti -tioner as in Duty bound will pray Jarvis Ballard Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. petitioner in his proper person & thereupon the petition afd. being Read & Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that a Commission issue to the afd. Jarvis Ballard as by the petition afd. is pray'd & that William Hayward William Skervin John Parker & William Fleming of Somerset County Gent. be Commissioners & Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case provided &c
