SW	Nicholas McCubbin	Command was Given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take John
	@	Tyler Late of Somerset County Planter Otherwise Called I John Tyler of Somerset County in
LD	John Tyler	the Province afd. Waterman if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Should Safe keep so that

he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Princes Ann Town
the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Two to Answer unto Nicholas
M^cCubbin of A plea that he Render unto him the Sum of fifty Six pounds ten Shillings Cur^t Money of Maryland which
to him he Owes and Unjustly detains &^c.    And the Same day is Given to the af^d. Nicholas here also &^c
      Att which day here Came the af^d. Nicholas M^cCubbin by Samuel Wilson his Attorney and the Sheriff to witt
Ephraim Wilson now here Returned that he had taken the af^d. John Tyler whose body here at this day he had Ready to
Answer the af^d. Nicholas M^cCubbin of the af^d. plea as to him it was Commanded
                Whereupon the Said John Tyler at the prayer of the af^d. Nicholas M^cCubbin is Adjudged
to Give Special Bail to the Action af^d. thereupon a Certain Thomas Tyler of Somerset County planter present here in
Court in his proper person undertook for the Said John Tyler and Assumed upon himself that if it Should happen that
Judgment in the plea af^d. Should be Rendred for the Said Nicholas M^cCubbin Against the af^d. John Tyler or
that he the Said John Tyler Should be therein Convict that then he the Said John Tyler Should pay and Satisfie
unto the af^d. Nicholas M^cCubbin the Judgment of the Court thereupon or Render his body in Execution of Such
Judgment to the prison of the Sheriffe of the County af^d. in Satisfaction thereof of that he the Said Thomas
Tyler will do the Same for him &^c    Whereupon the Said John Tyler at the puts in his place Littleton Dennis
Gen^t Attorney at Law Against the af^d. Nicholas M^cCubbin of the af^d. plea
           And thereupon at the prayer of the parties af^d. day is to them now here Given untill next Court
to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of June then next following in the State that now Saveing
to the parties af^d.       Att which day here Came the parties af^d. by their Attorneys af^d. And hereupon the Said
Nicholas declared Against the af^d. John in the plea af^d. in form following
   Somerset fs^t John Tyler Late of Somerset County Planter Otherwise Called I John Tyler of Somerset County
in the province af^d. Waterman was Summoned to Answer unto Nicholas Macubbin of A plea that he Render
unto him the Sum of fifty Six pound Ten Shillings Cur^t Money of Maryland which to him he Owes and Unjustly
detains &^c.    And Whereupon the Said Nicholas by Samuel Wilson his Attorney Says that whereas the Said
John on the Twenty Ninth day of November in the Year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and fifty five at
the County af^d. by his Certain Writing Obligatory which the Said Nicholas Sealed with the Seal of the Said John
here to the Court Shews the date whereof is the Same day and Year af^d. Acknowledged himself to be bound to
the Said Nicholas in the full and Just Sum of fifty Six pounds Ten Shillings Cur^t of the Value of fifty Six
