And ye. afd. David Wilson by Wm. Hayward his Attry Comes and Defends
the force and Injury when &c. and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next
Court to be held at Princes Ann Town ye. third Tuesday of June then next following and
he hath it & the same day is given to ye afd. Thomas here also &c.
Att which day here came as well ye. afd. Thomas as the afd. David by their Attys
afd. And hereupon ye. said David prays further Leave thereof to Imnparle here
untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town ye. third Tuesday of August
then next following & he hath it & ye. same day is given to ye. afd. Thomas here
Also &c
Att Which day here came as well ye. afd. Thomas as the afd. David by their Attys. afd.
And hereupon ye. said David prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill
next Court to be held at Prince Ann Town ye. third Tuesday of November then
next following & he hath it & ye. same day is given to ye. afd. Tho here also &c
Att Which day here came as well ye afd. Thomas as ye. afd. David by their Attys
afd. and hereupon ye. said David prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here
untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town ye. third Tuesday of March then
