Tavern	at Princes Ann Town for the use and Conveniency of travellers and Strangers as to them

Respectively Shall Seem meet which is by the Court here unto him Granted he Giveing Security as the Law
directs to keep Good Rules and Orders in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment as af^d. &^c
      Whereupon the Said Robert Hopkins together with William Smith and John Parker of Somerset County
Gen^t his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his
Lordship the Right Hon^rble the Lord Prop^ry of the Province of Maryland in thirty pounds Cur^t Money of
Said Province of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his
Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Robert Hopkins do
not keep Good Rules and Orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly persons to tipple Game and Commit
disorders or Other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and
Meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &^c
