August Court 1762 155 of Said Province of their Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and Tements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Lordship her heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the Said Mary Stevens do not keep good Rules and orders and do Suffer Idle Loose or disorderly persons to Tipple Game and Commit disorders or Other Irregularities in her Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided &c
directs to keep Good Rules and Orders in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment as afd. &c Whereupon the Said Robert Hopkins together with William Smith and John Parker of Somerset County Gent his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland in thirty pounds Curt Money of Said Province of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Robert Hopkins do not keep Good Rules and Orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly persons to tipple Game and Commit disorders or Other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c
meet which is by the Court here unto him Granted he Giveing Security as the Law directs to keep Good Rules and Orders in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment as afd. &c. Thos. Holbrook Whereupon the Said John Done together with William Hayward and ^ Somerset County Gent his Securitys all Present herein Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland in thirty pounds Curt Money of Said Province of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the Use of the Said Lord Propry his heirs and Successors to be Made and Levied if it happen that the Said John Done do not keep Good Rules and Orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly persons to tipple Game & Commit disorders or Other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c
