Whereupon all and Singular the Premisses being Seen and by the Court here fully understood it is Considered by
the Court here that the afd. Joseph Dashiell for the Offence afd. be taken which Said Joseph Dashiell present here in
Court in his Proper person is fined the Sum of Twenty Shillings Curt Money which he paid to the Sheriff for the use
of the County &c.

The Same
@    Somerset to witt The Jurors for his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is for the body of Somerset
Wm. Ralph    County Upon their Oath present that William Ralph Late of Stepney Parish in the County afd. planter on the fifth day
of Aprill in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty with force and Arms at the parish afd. in the County afd.
in and upon a Certain William Hitch in the peace of God and the Said Lord Propry then and there being an Assault did Make &
him the Said William Hitch then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat so that of his Life it was much dispaired and other
harms to him the Said William Hitch then and there did to the great damage of the Said William Hitch And Against the
peace of his Said Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is his good Rule and Government & So forth
      Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take the Said Wm. Ralph if &c. to Answer &c
   And now to witt at a Court of his Lordship held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of June being the fifteenth day of
the Same Month Anno Dom. 1762 before the Justices thereof Came the afd. Wm. Ralph in his proper person According to
a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security in that part before Acknowledged and had a hearing of the Indictment afd. Saith
that he Will not Contend with his Lordship but for the Saveing Costs Labour and Expences About the premisses Submits him:
:self at fine with his Said Lordship and put himself upon favour of the Court    Whereupon all and Singular the
premisses being Seen and by the Court fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that the afd. William Ralph
for the premisses and Offence afd. in the Indictment afd. Specified be taken &c. Which Said William Ralph present
here in Court in his proper person is fined the Sum of five Shillings Curt Money which he paid here in Court to the Sheriff for
the use of his Lordship &c

The Same
@    Somerset to witt    Be it Remembred that George Hayward Gent Attorney of the Right Honrble the Lord
Margt Cox    Propry that now is who for the Same Lord Propry in this part prosecuteth Came here into the County Court of the
Same Lord Propry held for Somerset County to witt at Princes Ann Town in the Same County before Isaac Handy Esqr and
Others his Associates the Said Lord his Justices of the Same County Court and for the Same Lord Propry doth Give the
Same Justices here to understand and be Informed that Margaret Cox Late of Stepney parish in the Said County of Somerset
the xxv day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred Sixty and one at the parish afd. in the County afd.
did Commit Fornication with a Certain person unknown and did permit the Same unknown person to have Carnal knowledge
of her body and a Bastard Child on the body of her the Said Margaret then and there did beget to the high displeasure
of Almighty God to the Evill Example of all others in Such Case offending Contrary of the peace of the Said Lord Propry that now is
his Good Rule and Government and Against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided and So forth &
Whereupon the Same Attorney of the Same Lord Propry for the Said Lord Propry prays Advice of the Court here in the premisses
And that due process of Law may in this part be made Against the Said Margaret Cox to Answer of and upon the premisses and
So forth       Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take the Said Margaret Cox if &c. to
Answer &c.    And now to witt at a Court of his Lordship held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of June being the fifteenth
day of the Same Month Anno Dom. 1762 before the Justices thereof Came the afd. Margaret Cox in her proper person and had
a hearing of the Information afd. Saith that She Cannot deny but that She is Guilty of the premisses in the Information afd.
above upon her Imposed in Manner and form as by the Information afd. Above Against her Supposed and Maketh Oath that
Evans Winright is the father of the Child She Stands Informed Against and is Willing to pay her fine for the Same &c
      Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being Seen and by the Court fully understood it is Considered by the Court
here that the afd. Margaret Cox for the premisses and Offence afd. in the Information afd. Specified be taken which Said Margaret
Cox present here in Court in her Proper person is fined the Sum of thirty Shillings Curt Money which She paid to the Sheriff for
the use of the County &c.

The Same
