Attached of the goods and Chattles of the within Stevens White to the Value of forty
two pounds ten shillings as by the schedule hereto annexed & Further Certifie

that on the first day of June ^ I attached in the hands of John White the sum
of four pounds Curt money towards satisfying the within attachment & that I
on the day afd. by John Doe & Thomas Holbrook made known unto the
said John White to be and appear before the Justices within named at the
time & place therein Mentioned to shew Cause if any he has why the same
should not be Condemned for the uses in ye said Writt mentioned as by the
same writt I am Directed
We the subscribers being summoned and duly sworn to make true appraismt
of the goods & Chattles of Stevens White attached by Michael Holland have
accordingly appraised the same as follows to witt
1 Roan Horse 4 yrs. old    £9..0..0
1       Ditto 2 yrs. old    10..0..0
1 Yoke of Oxen     6..0..0
1 Gray Mare     6..0..0
10 Ews and Lambs    7/6     3..15..0
9 Old sheep @ 5/     2..5..0
2 Stears at 4 yrs. Old @ 30/     3..0..0
2 Heffers 3 yrs. Old @ 25/     2..10..0

Whereupon ye. said Stephens White altho solemnly
Called to shew Cause &c came not but makes    Wm Waters
      Whereupon the afd. John White Garnishe    Ed. Waters
of the afd. Stephen White in his proper person came    Wm. Miles
& the said John White says that he Cannot deny    Revell Horsey
but that he has of the rights and Credits of the said Stephens White to the Value of
four pounds Current money nor Can he say but that the afd. four pounds Ought to
be Condemned in his hands for the use of the said Michael Holland as of the rights
& Credits of the said Stephens White wheich he the said Michael Holland doth not
gainsay &c.    Thereupon the said Michael Holland by his Attry afd. came
here into Court and prays that upon given Scry According to Act of Assembly
in such Case made & provided the severall goods and Chattles so as afd. Attached
and Valued to Forty two pounds & ten shillings Curt. money as appears by
ye. appraisment afd. and also the sum of four pounds Currt. money so as afd
Confessed by the afd. John White Garnishee as afd. may be Condemned as of ye.
goods & Chattles of ye afd. Stephen White towards satisfiing unto him ye. said
Michael Holland his Damages and all Costs & Charges Accrueing by means
of ye. Attachment afd
