Issue to the afd. Sampson Wheatly as by the Petition afd. is praid and that Outerbridge Horsey, Isaac Coulbourn
Wm. Miles and James Gunby of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

Jane Strawbridge    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County the Petition of Jane Strawbridge Humbly
      Petn    Sheweth that Your Petitioner is Possessed of a tract of Land Called the Widows Charge the bounds

   whereof are uncertain your Petitioner therefore prays that your Worships will Grant a Commission
And Appoint Commissioners in order to take depositions to perpetuate the bounds of the afd. Lands or the bounds
of Any other Lands whereon the Same may depend and Your Petitioner as in duty bound Will pray
                                                                                                                         Jane Strawbridge
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in her Proper person and
thereupon the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that
a Commission Issue to the afd. Jane Strawbridge as by the Petition afd. is praid and that William Hayward, John
Anderson, Wm. Fleming and Wm. Skervin of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

Elizth. Horsey    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Court now Sitting the Petition of Elizth. Horsey humbly
   Petn    Sheweth that the publick Road Goes through a Small Point of her Cleared Ground to the Great disadvantage
of Your Petitioner and Beggs that Your Worships would Grant an Order for the turning that part of it About the
Space of two hundred Yards which Shall be made as Good as the present Road at the Expence of Your Peitioner
And Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever pray &c
           Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in her proper Person and thereupon the
Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that the afd. Elizth.
Horsey have Permition to turn the Said Road as by the petition afd. is praid and She first Making the new
                                                                                                                         the
Road as Good and Passable as the old Road and that the old Road Lay Open untill ^ new Road be Compleat
and that Josephas Bell View the Same and Make Report to the Court &c

Neh King    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County    Nehemiah King humbly Sheweth that part of the Road that
   Petn    Leads by his Plantation from Back Creek to Mr Solomon Longs is Very Croocked and also Vey detrimental to
Your Petitioner he therefore Prays that he may be Admitted to turn the Said Road in Such Manner as May be
                                                                                           to
more Convenient to Your Petitioner as Convenient if not more so ^ the Publick and that Your Worships would make Such
Order therein as Your Worships Shall think proper    Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper
Person and thereupon the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that
the afd. Nehemiah King Turn the Said Road as by the Petition afd. is praid and that he first making the new
Road as Good and Passable as the old Road and that the old Road Lay open untill the new Road be Compleat &
that Samuel Wilson View the Same and Make Report to the Court &c

Ch: Piper    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the humble petition
   Petn    of Christopher Piper Humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner is Seized of a tract of Land Barbers
Rest the Bounds of Which are Precarious and the Evidences to Prove the Same Antient and Infirm he
therefore Prays your Worships to Grant him a Commission and Appoint Commissioners to Examine
Evidences to Perpetuate the Bounds of the afd. tract of Lands Called Barbers Rest or the Bounds of Any other
Lands on which the Same may depend and Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever Pray
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition
being Read & heard & fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Ch: Piper as
by the Petition afd. is praid & that George Gale, Thos. Irving, Mathew Cannon & Robert Dashiell of Somerset County
Gent be Commissioners & Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c
