of his Servitude do not Give him a New Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common Wearing Cloaths
and a Masons Trowell and Plaisterers Trowell and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice
Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the
term afd.

Benton Harris &    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the Petition of
Esther Tull    Esther Tull and Benton Harris Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioners are in Possession of
      Petn    Part of a tract of Land Called Bair point the Second Bounder whereof has been by Some
Means Cut down and destroyed tho the place where it Stood Can be Assertained Your Petitioners therefore
Humbly pray that Your Worships will Appoint Commissioners to Examine Witnesses in order to
Perpetuate the Bounder of the tract of Land afd. or Any other on which the Same may depend and
they as in duty bound will ever pray
        Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioners in their Proper persons and thereupon
the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that
a Commission Issue to the afd. Benton Harris and Esther Tull as by the petition afd. is praid and that
Thomas Jones, Wm. Fleming, Edward Waters and John Dennis of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

Hannah Bird    To the Worshipfull Justice of Somerset County Court the Humble Petition of Hannah
   Petn    Bird Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner hath a Son Named Levin Bird who is
Troubled with Fitts and is deprived of his Natural Senses which is now become of the Age of
a taxable Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships would be pleased to discharge
the Said Levin Bird from the Publick Tax and Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall pray
                                                                                                               Hannah Bird
      Whereupon Came here into Court in her Proper Person the afd. Petitioner and thereupon the Petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that the afd. Levin
Bird be for the future discharged from Paying of taxes as by the Petition afd. is praid

Thos. Gilliss    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the Petition of Thomas
      Petn    Gilliss most humbly Sheweth that Whereas Your Petitioner has a Right to a part of a tract
of Land Lying on Wecomoco River Called Horseys Bailywick the Bounders of Which Your petitioner
is desirous of haveing Assertained or the Boundarys of Any other tract on which the Same may depend
Your Petitioner therefore Humbly prays your Worships to Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences
in Relation to the Bounds thereof for the Perpetuating the Same and Your Petitioner as in duty bound
Shall Pray                                                                                            Thos. Gilliss
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon
the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here
that a Commission Issue to the afd. Thomas Gilliss as by the Petition afd. is praid and that William
Hayward, William Venables, Thomas Holbrook and Charles Leatherbury of Somerset County be
Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

Sampson Wheatly    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting The humble
      Petn    Petition of Sampson Wheatly most humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner is Possessed with
three tracts of Land the one Called New Boston and one other Called the Dam Swamp and the other Called Wheatlys
difficult Purchase the Bounds whereof are precarious and the Evidences to prove the Same Antient and infirm
Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays Your Worships would Appoint Commissioners to perpetuate
the Bounds of the Several tracts of Land before mentioned or the Bounds or Lines of Any other tracts of
Land on which the afd. Lands or Any of them may depend and Your Petitioner as in duty bound will
forever pray       Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper person and thereupon the
Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission
