Patience Oney    Patience Oney of her Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
     Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto Robert Brown untill she
Rober Brown    the Said Patience Should Arrive at the Age of Sixteen Years the Said Patience to Serve her
Said Master the full Term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice her Said Master well and faithfully
She Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Every where willingly she
Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice She Shall demean herself towards her
Said Master and all his during the term afd.       In Consideration of which Service the Said Robert Brown
present here in Court in his Proper Person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially
Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Robert Brown Shall and will during
the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice to Spin and at the Expiration of her Servitude Give her a New
Suit of Cloaths over and above her Common wearing Cloaths Sufficient for Such a Negro Apprentice and
Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice Sufficient meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing for
Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
           Whereupon the Said Robert Brown is Ordered to Give Security to Comply with the
Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Robert Brown together with Ephraim King of Somerset County Gent
his Security both present herein Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves indebted unto
the afd. Patience Oney in twenty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands
and Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Patience Oney her heirs and Assigns to be
Made and Levied if it happen that the Said Robert Brown do not during the term afd. Learn his
Apprentice to Spin and at the Expiration of her Servitude do not Give her a New Suit of Cloaths over
and Above her Common wearing Cloaths Suitable to Such a Negro Apprentice and Likewise find and provide
for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice
to have and wear during the term afd.

Alexander Maddox came here into Court in his Proper Person and prays that his Negro Woman Jenney who
is Antient and not Able to Labour may be for the future tax free which is by the Court here unto him Granted

Thomas Hayward Senr. Came here into Court in his Proper person and prays that his Negro Man Jaspar
who is Antient and past his Labour may be for the future tax free which is by the Court here unto him Granted

Thomas Adams    To the Wordshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting the Petition of
      Petn    Thomas Adams of the County afd. Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner is Seized in fee of and
in a Certain tract of Land Called Little Worth Scituate Lying and being in the Said County of Somerset the bounds
whereof are Gone to decay and if not perpetuated May hereafter be Rendred uncertain Your Petitioner therefore
humbly Prays that Commissrs. may be Appointed to Examine Evidences and take depositions Concerning the boundarys
of the afd. tract of Land Called Little Worth and of any other Lands on which the Same any way depends to the
End that the bounds thereof may be Rendred Certain and perpetuated According to the Act of Assembly in Such Case
Lately made and Provided    And Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall pray &c         Thomas Addams
   Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition afd. being
Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Thomas Adams
as by the Petition afd. is praid and that Planner Williams Outerbridge Horsey, Isaac Coulbourn & Josephas Bell
of Somerset County be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case
Provided &c

John Reddish    To the Wordshipfull Justices of Somerset County the Petition of John Reddish Humbly Sheweth
      Petn    that your Petitioner is Seized in fee of part of a tract of Land Called Castle Haven the bounds whereof
Are Antient and Much decayed Your Petitioner therefore Humbly prays that Your Worships will Grant
a Commission and Appoint Commissioners to take depositions in order to Perpetuate the Bounds of the afd.
tract of Land or the bounds of Any other tract of Land whereon the Same may depend and Your petitioner
As in duty bound Will Ever pray                                                                   John Reddish
