Proper person undertakes for the said John White According to Act of Assembly that if the
said Stevens White do and at any time within A year & a Day Appear and make all
Or any part of the said John White Claim against him appear to be satisfied or
Otherwise to have been undue before the Laying of this Attachment that then he
the said John White shall make restitution to him the said Stevens White of all
Such part thereof as shall be made appear to be undue or that he the said Littleton
Dennis will doe the same for him &c.
         Therefore it is Considered that the Severall Goods and Chattles so as afd.
Attached & Valued at Thirty seven pounds three shillings & six pence Currt. money of
Maryland & Eight hundred pounds of Tobacco be Condemned as of the goods and Chattles
of the afd. Stevens White towards satisfying unto him the said John White
his Damages and all Costs and Charges Accrewing by means of the Attachment
afd. and that the afd. John White have thereof Execution &c.

vs    Know all men by these presents that I Stevens White of Somerset

    Stevens White    County in the province of Maryland Gentleman Am held and
firmly Bound unto Michael Holland Senr. Marenor in the full and Just Sum of
Eighty nine pounds twelve Shillings and six pence Current money aforesaid to be paid
unto the said Michael Holland his Certain Attorney Executors Administrators or
Assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and Don I bind myself
my Heirs Executors And Administrators firmly by these present sealed with my
seal and Dated this seventeenth day of May Anno Domini one thousand seven
hundred and fifty Eight
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above obligation is such
that if the above Bound Stevens White or his Heirs or Assigns do and shall well and
truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Michael Holland his Certain Attorney
Executors Administrators or Assigns the Just and full sum of forty four pounds sixteen
shillings and Three pence at or upon the seventeenth day of August next ensuing the
Date hereof with Legal Interest for the same then the above obligation to be void
Else to remain in full force Power and Virtue in Law

in presence of us    Somerset fst Be it remembered that on this 28th. day of May
Caleb Jarvis    In ye year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Sixty came before
Henry Smith    me Michael Holland and made oath on the Holy Evangels of

   Almighty God that Stevens White mentioned in the Bond hereto
Annexed is Justly indebted to him in the sum of thirty Eight pounds nine shillings
and four pence Current money of Maryland and that the said sum being part of the
sum mentioned in ye Condition of the said Bond remains realy and in the
Condition of the said Bond remains rally and bonafiode due and owing to him
the said Michael on ye said Bond which was produced to me
