@	Somerset to wit Be it Remembred that George Hayward Gent Attorney of the Right
Elizth. Bounds	Honrble the Lord Propry that now is who for the Same Lord Propry in this part Prosecuteth doth

Come here into the County Court of the Same Lord Prop^ry held for Somerset County to witt at Princes Ann Town
in the Same County before Isaac Handy Esq^r. and his Associates the Said Lord Prop^ry his Justices of the Same
County Court and for the Same Lord Prop^ry doth Give the Same Justices here to understand and be Informed that
Elizabeth Bounds Late of Stepney Parish in the County af^d. Spinster the xxi day of November in the
year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty         at the Parish af^d. in the County af^d. did
Commit Fornication with a Certain Person unknown and did permit the Same unknown person to have
Carnal knowledge of her body and a bastard Child upon the body of her the Said Elizabeth then and there
did beget to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the Evill Example of all others in Such Case offending
Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord Prop^ry and Against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case
made and Provided and So forth    And Whereupon the Same Attorney of the Same Lord Prop^ry for the Lord
Prop^ry prays Advice of the Court here in the Premisses and that due process of Law may be made Against
the Said Elizabeth to Answer of and upon the Premisses and So forth
        Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should Take the Said
Elizabeth Bounds if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Should Safe keep so that he
might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at
Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom. 1762 to Answer unto his Said
Lordship of and Concerning the Information af^d.
        Att which day here Came the af^d. Eliz^th. Bounds in her proper person and had a hearing of
the Information af^d. Saith that She Cannot deny but that She is Guilty of the Premisses in the
Information af^d. above upon her Imposed in Manner and form as by the Information af^d. Above
Against her Supposed and Maketh Oath that a Certain Anthony Collins is the father of the Child
She Stands Informed Against and is Willing to pay her fine for the Same &^c
        Whereupon all and Singular the Premisses being Seen and by the Court fully understood
it is Considered by the Court here that the af^d. Elizabeth Bounds for the premisses and Offence
af^d. in the Information af^d. above Specified be taken &^c. Which Said Eliz^th. Bounds present here in
Court as af^d. is fined for the Premisses and offence af^d. the Sum of thirty Shillings Cur^t Money of
Maryland which She paid here in Court to the Sheriff for the use of the County &^c

@	Somerset to wit the Jurors for his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is for the
Aaron Tilman	body of Somerset County upon their Oath present that Aaron Tilghman Late of Somerset

Parish in the County af^d. Planter on the first day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
and Sixty One with force and Arms at the Parish af^d. in the County af^d. in and upon a Certain Costen Beauchamp
in the peace of God And the Said Lord Prop^ry then and there being an Assault did make and him the Said Coston
then and there did beat wound and Ill treat so that of his Life it was Much dispaired and other harms to
him the Said Costen then and there did to the Great damage of the Said Costen and Against the peace of
his Lordship the Right Hon^rble the Lord Prop^ry that now is his Good Rule and Government and So forth

Thereupon
