Lands and Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Waitman Disharoon his heirs and Assigns to be
made and Levied if it happen that the the Said George Sharpe do not dureing the term afd. Learn his Apprentice
the trades of Bricklayer and Plaisterer and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of Division three Inclusive
And at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a Bricklayer and Plaisterers trowells and a New Suit of
Cloaths of Kersey or Narrow Broad Cloath over and Above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise
find and provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such
An Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c

Jarvis Jenkins    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the Petition
      Petn.    of Jarvis Jenkins humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner is Possessed of a tract of Land

   Called Hogs Neck the Boundaries of Which are decayed and uncertain and the Persons Capable
of Proveing the Same Aged and Infirm Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that Commissioners
May be Appointed and Commission made Out in order to Prove the Bounds of the Said Tract or of any
Other Tract or tracts of Land on which the Same may depend And Your Petitioner Shall for Ever pray
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper            Jarvis Jenkins
Person and thereupon the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered
by the Court here that a Commission Issue tot he afd. Jarvis Jenkins as by the Petition afd. is praid and that
Wm. Murray, Thos. Gilliss, Purnell Johnson and George Handy of Somerset County Gent be
Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case
Provided &c

Riley Slocum    Riley Slocumb an Orphan of his Own free COnsent is bound out by the Court here an
   bound to    Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto Mathias Benston of
Mats Benston    Somerset County untill he the Said Riley Slocumb Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One
Years the Said Riley to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which Term the Said Apprentice
his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and
honestly Every where willingly he Shall Doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall
Demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.    In Consideration of Which
Service the Said Mathias Benston present here in Court in his Proper Person Covenanteth with the
Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that
he the Said Mathias Benston Shall and Will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the
trade of a house Carpinter and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of Division Inclusive and
at the Expiration of his Servitude Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Kersey or Narrow Broad Cloath
Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice
Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during
the term afd.    Whereupon the Said Mathias Benston is ordered to Give Security to Comply with
the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Mathias Benston with Wm. Benston and Wm. Smith his
Securitys all present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd.
Riley Slocum in the Sum of thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or
Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied if it happen that
the Said Mathias Benston do not during the term afd. Learn the Said Riley Slocum the Trade of
a house Carpinter and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of Division Inclusive and at
the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Kersey or Narrow Broad
Cloath Over and Above his Common Wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and Provide for
his Said Apprentice Mead drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an
Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c
