March Court 1762 121 the afd. George Gilliss as by the petition afd. is praid and that Ephraim King Thomas More, Thomas Irving and Mitchell Dashiell Ser. of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c
Said Master well and faithfully She Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice she Shall demean herself towards her Said Master and all his during the term afd. In Consideration of Which Service the Said Alexander Fullerton present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Alexander Fullerton Shall and Will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice to Read well in the testament & to Weave Knit Sew and Spin and at the Expiration of her Servitude Give her a New Suit of Cloaths over And Above her Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. Whereupon the Said Alexr. Fullerton is Ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Betty Sailor in thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Betty Sailor her heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Alexander Fullerton do not dureing the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Weaver and to Knit Sew and Spin and to Read well in the Testament and at the Expiration of her Servitude do not Give her a New Suit of Cloaths over and above her Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c

Learn his Said Apprentice the Trade of a Bricklayer and plaisterer and to Read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of ^ three ^ Inclusive And at the Expiration of his Servitude Give him a Bricklayer and Plaisterer Trowels and a New Suit of Cloaths of Kersey and Narrow Broad Cloath Over and Above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. Whereupon the Said George Sharpe is Ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd.
