within Henry Calkwell the Sum of three Pounds five Shillings Current Money as also three hundred and Seventy Eight
Pounds of Tobacco as by the Schedule hereto Annexed for Satisfying the Debt herein Mentioned

             for Debt £3..5..0 Whereupon the Said Henry Calkwell altho Somlemnly Called      

   also £3..3..0 which Tob @ 2d pr is 378 to Shew Cause Came not but made default    Thereupon the Said      

                        Robert Leatherbury Thomas Holbrook by his Atty afd. Comes and prays that upon Giving      

                        John Dorman Security According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided the Severall      

                        John Harris Goods and Chattles so as afd. Attached and Valued at three pounds five      

                        Wm. Harris Shillings Curt Money & three hundred and Seventy Eight pounds of tobacco      
As Appears by Appraisment may be Condemned as of the Goods and Chattles of the afd. Henry Calkwell
towards Satisfying unto him the Said Thomas Holbrook his Damages and all Costs and Charges Accrewing by
Means of the Attachment afd.    Thereupon a Certain Litt. Dennis present here in Court in his proper
Person undertakes for the Said Thomas Holbrook According to Act of Assembly that if the Said Henry
Calkwell do at any time within a Year and a day Appear and Make all or Any part of the Said Thomas
Holbrooks Claim Against him Appear to be Satisfied or Otherwise to have been undue before the Laying of
this Attachment that then he the Said Thomas Holbrook Shall Make Restitution to him the Said
Henry Calkwell of all or Such part thereof as Shall be made Appear to be undue or that he the Said Littleton
Dennis will doe the Same for him &c
      Therefore it is Considered that the Severall Goods and Chattles So as afd. Attached and Valued at
three pounds five Shillings Curt Money & three hundred and Seventy Eight pounds of Tobacco be Condemned as
of the Goods and Chattles of the afd. Henry Calkwell towards Satisfying unto him the Said Thomas Holbrook
his Damages and all Costs and Charges Accrewing by means of the Attachment afd. And that the afd.
