and true as it Stands Stated and that he hath not directly or Indirectly Rec^d. Any part or parcell thereof or any Security or
Satisfaction for the Same to the best of his knowledge                      before         Tho^s. Jones
Somerset fs^t Whereas it is Made Appear to my Satisfaction by the Oath of Thomas Holbrook that Henry Calkwell
is Justly Indebted unto him in the Sum of three Pounds Cur^t Money of Maryland and that he hath Absconded and fled
from Justice and hath or is about to Remove his Effects in order to defraud his Just Creditors    These are therefore in
his Lordships Name to Authorize you to Issue an Attachment for the af^d. Thomas Holbrook Against the Goods
Chattles Rights and Credits of the af^d: Henry Corkwell for the af^d. Sum of three Pounds and the Indirect Costs
thereon to Arise and this Shall be your Warrant Given under my hand and Seal this Seventeenth day of
October in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One

By Virtue of the above Warrant and Account Proven was Issued the following Attachment
Somerset fs^t Frederick Absolute Lord and Prop^ry of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltemore &^c. To the Sheriff of Somerset County Greeting We Command You that you Attach Any the Goods
Chattles and Credits of Henry Calkwell Late of Somerset County Leather Breeches Maker if they Shall be found
in Your Bailywick to the Value of three pounds Cur^t Money and five hundred pounds of Tobacco and When You have the
Same Attached or Any part thereof the Same in Your Custody Safe keep so that you have the Same before our Justices
of our County Court of Somerset to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of November Next then and
there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and for the use of a Certain Thomas Holbrook unless the Said
Henry Calkwell by himself or his Attorney Shall Appear and Answer unto the Said Thomas Holbrook in
A plea of trespass upon the Case &^c. According to Law and that by Good and Lawfull men of Your Bailywick
You Make known unto the Person or Persons in Whose hands You Make the Same Attachment that he
She or they be and Appear before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held as af^d. to Shew Cause if
Any he She or they have why the Same Goods Chattles and Credits so Attached in his her or their hands ought not to be
Condemned and Execution thereof had and made According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided if to
him her or them it Shall Seem meet And how you Shall Execute this Writt that You make known unto our Said
Justices at the day and Place af^d. and have you then and there this Writt Wittness Isaac Handy Esq^r one of our
Justices of our Said Court the 20^th day of Aug^st. Anno Dom. 1761
