@	Somerset to wit The Jurors for his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is for the body of
Edward Bremigem	Somerset County upon their Oath Present that Edward Bremigem Late of Somerset Parish in the County

af^d. Planter on the Seventeenth day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty at the
Parish af^d. in the County af^d. did Commit Fornication with a Certain Ann Fasque and a Bastard Child on the Body of
the Said Ann then and there did beget to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the Evill Example of all Others in Such
Case Offending Against the peace of the Said Lord Prop^ry that now is his Good Rule and Government and Contrary to
the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided and So forth
           Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should Take the Said Edward Bremigem
if &^c. to Answer &^c.    And now to witt at a Court of his Lordship held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of August being
the Eighteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One before the Justices thereof
Came the af^d. Edward Bremigem in his Proper Person and had a hearing of the Indictment af^d. Saith that he Cannot deny
but that he is Guilty of the Premisses in manner and form as by the Indictment af^d. Above Against him Supposed as by
the Indictment af^d. Against upon him Imposed and is willing to pay his fine for the Same &^c
        Whereupon all and Singular the Premisses being Seen and by the Court fully understood it is Considered by the
Court here that the af^d. Edward Bremigem for the Premisses and Offence af^d. in the Indictment af^d. Above Specified be
taken which Said Edward Bremigem present here in Court as af^d. is fined for the Premisses and Offence af^d. the Sum of thirty
Shillings Cur^t Money which he paid here in Court to the Sheriff for the use of the County &^c
        Whereupon the Said Edward Bremigem is ordered to Give Se^ry to Save and keep Indemnified the Justices of Somerset

County from all Costs Charges and troubles that may Accrew by means of the Birth of the Bastard Child af^d. Thereupon ^ a Certain
with John Jones of Somerset County his Se^ry both present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto the af^d. his Lordship in the Sum of thirty Pounds Cur^t Money of their bodys Goods and Chattles Lands and
tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen
that the Said Edward Bremigem do not Save and keep Indemnified the Justices of Somerset County Court from all
Costs Charges and troubles that may Accrew by means of the Birth of the Bastard Child af^d. &^c
