the Corporation, the salary of said Treasurer and Secretary
to he fixed by said Corporation.

Quorum
|
Sec 4 And be it enacted, That five of said Trustees
shall constitute a quorum, and be competent to exercise alt
the powers confirmed by this act
|

|
Vacancy
|
Sec 5 And be it enacted That any vacancy or vacancies
occurring in said Board of Trustees, shall be filled by the
appointment of said Baltimore Annual Conference, and, in
tie recess thereof, to be supplied by the Board of Trustees,
subject to confirmation by the ensuing Annual Conference,
whether such vacancy occur by death, resignation, ceasing
to be members of the Episcopal Church, or otherwise

Accountability
|
Sec. 6 And be it enacted, T hat at any time hereafter, the
said Trustees, at the instance and upon application of the
said Baltimore Annual Conference, or any member or mem-
bers thereof, delegated by said Annual Conference, by bill,
petition, or otherwise, may be required to answer, indivi-
dually and personally, and to account of, and concerning
the funds aforesaid, and of the interest and incomes pro-
ceeding therefrom, to the Court of Chancery, or any Court
of Equity of this State, and shall be liable to all such orders
and decrees, in respect of said fund, and the administration

Abuse-incapacity
|
thereof, as individual trustees are subject to by the rules
and the course of Courts of Equity, and, upon any abuse
of incapacity appearing, upon any of the proceedings as
aforesaid, on the part of any such trustees, said Court may
remove any such trustee or trustees, and appoint in his or
their place, such person or persons as, in that behalf; shall
be recommended to said Court by said Annual Conference,

and on a bill or petition as aforesaid, the said Court shall
have full power to direct and carry into effect, and enforce,
according to the rules and course of Chancery proceedings,
the application of said fund, or of the interest or income
thereof, according to the provisions and declarations of this
act, in respect of the appropriation of the same.

Case of the college
failing &c
|
Sec, 7 And be it enacted, That whenever the said in-
stitution of Dickinson College shall be dissolved, or its
operations in its collegiate department, shall cease to inter-
mit, or the Trustees of said College shall, at any election,
or in supplying any vacancy in the Board of Trustees, so
proceed that a majority of the whole number of said Trus-
tees shall not be members of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, then the said Corporation shall cease to pay over
to the said Trustees, (unless thereto specially authorised by
said Conference, ) the interest and income aforesaid, and
then and thereupon, the said Corporation shall, and to that
