Effect it is hereby required to pay over and appropriate said
fund, whether principal or interest, or both, for such pur-
poses of education, and under such rules, regulations, and
organizations, as said Conference shall select, prescribe,
and ordain, and, to that end, the said Corporation shall be
authorized to appoint managers or trustees, in place of the
trustees constituting said Corporation, who shall, to every
effect, be deemed and have as full power and privilege, and
be subject to the same rules and regulations, as the Corpo-
ration aforesaid

CHAP. 88

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That said corporation shall
have power and authority to pass all such by-laws and re-
gulations, as it may deem expedient, for fulfilling the object
of this Incorporation, not inconsistent with this act, or the
laws or constitution of the State of Maryland, or the laws
or constitution of the United State of America

Corporate powers

Sec 9 And be it enacted, That the said Corporation shall
not be competent to hold property to a greater extent than
of the yearly value or income, in the whole, of fifteen
thousand dollars

Limitation

CHAPTER 88.

A further supplement to the act, entitled, an act far the
despatch of business in Baltimore County Court.

Passed Feb. 13, 1835

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the provisions of the eighth section of the act to which this
is a supplement, and of the fifth section of the supplement
thereto, passed at December session, of the year eighteen
hundred and thirty, chapter one hundred and fifty nine, and
the provisions of the act of December session, of the year
eighteen hundred and twenty eight, chapter one hundred
and twenty seven, entitled, An act for the compensation of
the Judges of Baltimore County Court, be, and the same
are hereby continued in force for the term of five years
from and after the passage of this act, and until the end of
the next session of the General Assembly which shall be
thereafter
