custody for no other cause than for the non payment of the
said fine, fees, costs, and charges, and the Levy Court of
Frederick county is hereby required and directed to levy on
the assessable property of said county, the costs and charges
due from said Otho Savoy, on said criminal prosecution, and
also the prison fees which now remain due for keeping said
Otho Savoy in jail as aforesaid

An act for the relief of Bayly Keys, of the city of Balti-
more
|

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners of insolvent debtors, for the city and
county of Baltimore, and the Judges of Baltimore County
Court, respectively, be, and they are hereby authorised and
empowered, to grant to Bayly Keys, or the city of Balti-
more, the benefit of the several acts of assembly, passed
for the relief of insolvent debtors, Provided, that the said
Bayly Keys shall, in all respects, (except that of proving re
sidence, ) comply with the requisitions of said acts of as
sembly, and that he satisfy the said commissioners that he
did not come into this State with a view of obtaining; the
benefit of said insolvent laws aforesaid, provided also, that
the said Bayly Keys shall be compelled to file his petition
for the benefit of said insolvent laws, previous to his dis
charge from custody

Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That any two or more of the Commissioners of he
School Fund, who have been, or may be hereafter appoint
ed for St Mary's county, agreeably to the provisions of the
original act and supplements thereto, to which this is a fur
ther supplement, be, and they are hereby authorised to draw
on the treasurer for the amount of money allotted to Saint
Mary's county, by the provisions of the original act, when-
