An act to repeal an act, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and thirty three, chapter two hundred and nine, so
jar as relates to Anne Arundel County
|

WHEREAS, it appears that the act passed a December
session, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, chapter two hun
dred and nine, entitled, an act to lay out and open a new
road in Anne Arundel and Montgomery count es, is not in
conformity with the petition pray ing for the passage of said
act, so far as the same relates to Anne Arundel county, and
has given great dissatisfaction to the citizens in that part of
Anne Arundel county, as expressed in their petition for the
repeal of said act, so far as the same relates to Anne Arun-
del county, Therefore

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the act passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
thirty three, chapter two hundred and nine, entitled, an act to
lay out and open a new road in Anne Arundel and Mont-
gomery counties, be and the same is hereby repeale 1, so far
as the same relates to Anne Arundel county, save and except
so much of said road as runs from Brown's Ford, on the
Patuxentnver, to the lime kilns, in Anne Arundel county

Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma -
ryland, That Michael Warner, Cumberland Dugan, William
Krebs, Alexander Gould and John S Gittings be and they
hereby are appointed commissioners for the purposes here
