An act for the revaluation and reassessment of the Real
Properly of St. Mary's County

Appoint assessors,

&c

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, 1 hat the Levy court of Saint Mary's county shall
on or before the first Monday of May next, appoint in each
election district in said county, three direct and suitable

business rt shall be to value and assess all the real property
of Saint Mary's county, in then respective districts subject
to taxation, a majority of whom shall be competent to act,

and required lo supply forthwith such vacancy or vacancies
Sec. 2 And be it enacted, That before proceeding to act,
each of the sard commissioners shall make oath or affirma-
tion as the case may be, before some justice of the peace of
