CHAPTER 312.

Passed Mar 21 1831

An act to divorce Isabella P Baltz, of Baltimore County,
from her husband, John Baltz

Divorce.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the said Isabella P Baltz, be, and she rs hereby drvorced
from bed, board, and mutual cohabitation with her husband,
John Baltz

CHAPTER 313.

Passed Mar 21 1835

An act to open and extend Gough and Wolf greets, tn the
City of Baltimore.

Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland That Samuel Manning, James Conner, John Dif-
fenderffer, George Peters, and James Mourtin, be, and they
are hereby appointed commissioners for opening and ex-
tending Gough street, in the city of Baltimore, as laid down
on the plot of the commissioners, and for extending Wolf
street, as hereinafter provided

Sec 2 And be it enacted, That if the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore approve of the extending Wolf street,
from its intersection with Gough, to Bank street, they are
hereby authorised to pass such ordinance or ordicances for
that purpose, as may be required by this act

Damages

Sec 8 And be it enacted, That full power and autho-
rity is hereby given to the Major and City Council of Bal-
timore, to provide, by ordinance, for the ascertainment of
the damages that may accrue to the holders of property in-
jured by the opening or extending of the aforesaid, streets,
and the payment of the said damages by the holders of
property benefield thereby the amount to be paid and re-
ceived, to be regulated by the aforesaid commissioners,
equitably, according to the proportions of a damage or
benefit to the said parties respectively

Appeal

Sec 4 And be it enacted, That the Mayor and City
Council of aforesaid, shall provide, in any ordinance they
may pass to carry into effect the provisions of this act,
for an appeal to Baltimore City Court, by such person or
persons as may concave themselves aggrieved by the deci-
sion ol the commissioners aforesaid
