Sec. 4 And be it enacted, That the trustees aforesaid
shall be, and they are hereby required to hold the proceeds
arising from the said sale and distribution, in trust, for the
following purposes — First, to pay the treasurer the said
amount of five per cent charged thereon — secondly, to pay
off and discharge all or any liens due and chargeable upon
said property, or any part thereof, and the residue to pay
over to the trustee oi the wife of the said George Win
Chester, for her sole and separate use, and agreeably to her
legal and equitable title and interest therein

A supplement to the act, entitled an act for ihe speedy trial
of Criminals, and ascertaining then punishment in the
County Courts, when prosecuted there, and for the Pay
ment of Fees due from Criminal Persons, passed at April
session, seventeen hundred and fifteen, chapter twenty-

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the eighth section of the act, to which this rs a supplement,
be, and the same is hereby repealed, as to all persons
charged with criminal offences, who shall be acquitted, or
be discharged from prosecution, or who shall be admitted
to and give bail upon such charges.

land, That upon the petition of James Howard McHenry,
by his guardian, the judges of the Orphans' court for Balti-
more county, bp and they are hereby authorised and em-
powered to appoint three discreet and disinterested persons,
who shall examine and report to said court, whether it
would be for the benefit and advantage of James Howard
McHenry, a minor, that parts of certan grounds belonging
