An act to authorise the Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County, to sell certain Property therein mentioned.

Tobacco warehouse
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners for Anne Arundel county, be, and they
are hereby authorised, to sell and dispose of, in such manner
as they may deem best for the interest of the county, the
tobacco inspection houses, known by the name of Tracy's
Landing and Indian Landing, in said county, and the pro-
ceeds thereof be applied to defraying the expenses of said
pounty.

An act to alter and change in part the division line between
the Second and Third Election Districts of Washington
County.
|
|
|
|
Line changed. &c
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all that part of the second election district, in Washrngton
county, contained within the following lines, to wit begin-
nrng on the Hagerstown and Conococheague Turnprke
Road, where the road to George Sprecher's Mill leaves
said turnpike road, running thence to the mouth of Jaoob
Bovey's lane, thence to and with the division line betwten
Jacob Bovey and John Bear, thence to and with the division
line between said Jacob Bovey, Isaac Bear and Philip
Sprecher, thence to and with the division line between
Philip Sprecher and Martin Bear, to the Williamsport road,
thence to the Hagerstown and Conococheague turnpike
road, thence with said Turnpike road to the place of begin
ning, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the third elec-
